This is a CO2 gun, not a breakbarrel. The Gamo Hunter Extreme breakbarrel (which requires 58 lbs. of break barrel cocking effort) is a different animal. It's a single shot and shoots .177 lead pellets up to 1,250 fps, breaking the sound barrier.
This is a Gamo Extreme is a CO2 powered gun. It's pump action and can hold 10 .22 caliber pellets with a maximum velocity (with lightweight pellets) of 700 fps.
.22 vs. .177. Breakbarrel vs. CO2 pump. Different gun. You won't kill a hog with this one.
yo lets put on this scale i takes only one head shot to kill me or you with a round moving at 1,000fps ok so now think that is one third the speed of a normal gun so think long and hard about that one for a youtube airguners

that gun is the gamo extreme, the gamo hunter series are only breake barrel, unlike this one which is co2 powered and reloadeed with a pump action!

the .22 is 600 fps and the .177 is 822 or something...it is powerful, but it aint 1,250.
