it's a quick-fix nation of instant gratification. don't fall into the trap. take out the processed foods and high-fructose corn syrup, sugar drinks. that's a start. everything that you eat "nourishes" your body. your food is feeding your blood, your organs and your brain.
yes, there was weight loss. it was inevitable as we weren't eating any food and our caloric intake was, certainly, much lower than normal. i suggest your primary aim should not be losing weight, but creating more healthy eating habits and a healthy lifestyle.
Thank you for your video. I had a bad day the eight day too with headache and low energy but today (day 9) feels better.
