Azonixmaestro2...that's true, but kind of academic. Voltage is electromotive force, what drives the current to begin with. You can't have current without voltage. But yeah, voltage is more of a potential energy, and current is kinetic. Current is what actually goes "through" a conductor (or in this case, an idiot who comes in contact with one).
