  • How fun, and for an audience of servicemen, too!

  • let's not forget Dick Rosmini, who must have played on the things Paul Prestopino didn't!

  • Saw the Trio [Chad, Mike, Joe] last night in Sellersville, PA. They showed this video and commented that in those days, with live TV, there were no "do-overs" and miscues were there for all to see/hear.

  • Mike Kobluk is also famous for producing twin boys who were great baseball players for Ferris high School in Spokane

  • Is That Bob Lee (Spike's Dad)on Double Bass? -and was he a Hootenanny regular as I think he backs the Clancy Bros & Tommy Makem too.

  • Okay, is it just my computer that has a problem with this video? I've tried it several times and it's like a series of stills rather than a video and the sound cuts in and out as if it has the hiccups! It's too bad, too, because I would have really enjoyed it, otherwise!

  • I'm sorry, I don't know what to say. It plays fine on my

computer. I'm not a technical person, so I don't know

what to suggest that might remedy this for you. One again, sorry you can enjoy this clip.

  • That's so weird, I have no problems with other videos! Very strange! It won't even let me close the window until the song ends! Well, thanks anyway for posting it so I can (sort of) see it! :)

  • Yes, Kobluk did blank out, and he admits it.

    Signed, Mike kobluk

  • Ah, but it was such a professional cover up. Seamless! Course, you had a pretty good collaborator...

  • Great vid from my generation. Didn't Paul Prestopipo play on every folk song recorded in the 60s?

  • Not only that--I was talking to my foster son about the CMT one time recently and we spotted Paul Prestopino's credits for banjo on two of the Aerosmith records in his collection...

  • This is really an "oldie, but goody". I met Judy Collins once and she is really a class act, let me tell you. It's interesting that these real folk songs had an audience in those days.

  • Is it my misunderstanding, or does Kobulk blanks out on a line there?

  • With Paul Prestopino on banjo - who accompanied the CMT back then and has now worked for PP&M for many years.

  • Wow, haven't heard this song since my days in summer camp. :)
