  • Sound is a universal language. I use solfeggio frequencies and Tibetan Bowls for pineal activation. Sound with breath with intent to the pineal will activate this Star-Gate-Portal ~*~ Also before Dawn and Sunset the best times for Pineal Activation.

  • is there a particular chanting or hymn to open up the pineal gland? I know one way is to chant 'Aum' while concentrating on the center of the forehead. Is there any other way?
