@cavedancer The main music theme is a song by Izabella Trojanowska, which also plays the Carmilla. Visual material is taken from Polish Tv movie directed by Janusz Kondratiuk.
The movie is very hard to get. I doubt if it was made to DVD or even official VHS. You might find a TV rip in the net (without english subtitles), but that's it.
