if you cant see any glow you have to make sure you got the line, you need to draw one with the pen tool hen select that line with the direct selection tool and right click it then stroke the path and select brush (you have to make sure the brush is set on 5px and white, then after that press enter with the direct selec tool,

@1babygurlnesha well you need a image of someone first ( I prefer a white background), then just open it up on photoshop and cut it out with the polygonal lasso tool (you can find it in the tool bar and if you only see a lasso tool then right click on it), then ctrl-c to copy it and then select the pdf you want it on, and press ctrl-v to paste it there. If you got any other question just ask me!

I've followed this step by step, but after the pen tool it's all weird. Areas between the lines become white (I have to set fill to 0% to remove it) and when I select Direct selection tool, it's not working to chose Stroke Path. This may be a little confusing for you, but do you know what I'm doing wrong? I'm using CS3 btw.

you have to set the brush on size 5 white. I dont really know waht you mean, i use cs2. Im sorry :(
