  • I can hear an Irish influence in this. Were there a lot of Irish in Kentucky?

  • @aliblancd Lots of Irish in Kentucky, Lots of Scots Irish. Most of Eastern and Central Kentucky Were Irish.

  • 15 dislikes I see, that is 15 butt hurt Yankees who's great great great great grandfathers died from southern shot and steel that are now burning in hell. No rest for the wicked Yankee aggressors! Down with the Eagle and up with the Cross! [><]

  • we're gonna rise again. Keep it flyin'.

    Deo Vindice

  • The south will raise!

  • @Nachouni88 Yes it will brother.

  • FUCK THE SOUTH AND INBRED REDNECKS

  • @2pacthugzta thats cool, shows how fucking smart you are, you Yankee peace of shit!

  • Can you give the actual name please?

  • @HeFightsForFreedom The Kentucky Battle Song by Bobby Horton.

  • But all the debate aside on wether or not the Northerners is/was tyrants good video. Catchy song.

  • ok so i get that abe lincoln was from kentucky but he still shouldnt be in this video he was the president of the union and hes the reason that the south lost the war.

  • @502kyboy40299 Nah I say Grant and Sherman are since they were the ones who lead the troops. Sherman basically destroyed the lower part of the South and Grant lead the army that caused Lee the South's best General to surrender. (Lee willingly surrendered rather then give a pointless battle that would have caused more death for both sides)

  • @502kyboy40299 Lincoln wasn't the reason the south lost. The slave owner U.S.Grant had more Blacks and Irish to throw into battle than Lee had bullets. Immigration and "Emancipation" gave the north all the cannon fodder they needed.

  • If not for alot of pressure, southeastern Ohio would have joined the confederacy. Confederate sympathy spread well beyond the official boundaries .

  • 13 dislikes Thats one for each star on our battle flag. Don't worry yall You'll see it again soon enough with an army of Grey behind it.

  • @XGDRabidPanda i wish to see that in my lifetime. Greetings from Mexico.

  • @DonMonteverdi Mexico felt the blunt of Union aggression as well, and its Imperialism is still forcing policies in Mexico. Sorry for that brother, next time it wont be allowed

  • @XGDRabidPanda

glad to have suported you; only wish we could have done more. from wales.

  • yankee scum agressive invaders and murderers!!

  • Comment removed

  • @ConfederateGamingNL ... maar verder alles goed?....een turko-neder redneck...LOL

  • YEEEEEEEEAAHH! AMERICA!

  • haha its funny how its singing about freedom

  • @XGDRabidPanda But it's OK to have slaves?

  • @RougeSamurai77 The war did NOT End slavery, even the Yankee School books teach that.

  • @XGDRabidPanda maybe it was a racist-fueled nationalistic-frenzy hatching a completely unnecessarry armagedon

  • @worldpolicenow I'm sorry we Southerners weren't the ones butchering innocent civilians, looting, and burning down cities. And Don't even try to act like the "high an mighty" Union ended slavery because the war didn't. There will never be Unity between North and South, because History always repeats.

  • @izfunnycuziz

It ain't funny it's a fact. Our people fought for FREEDOM from oppression.

sure there was some bad stuff (ie: slavery) included in those states rights, but the principle was sound. Slavery would have gone away in a few years anyway without the yankees trying to shove their agendas down our throats.

I gotta agree though that we're 'here' again with the fucktards in W trying to make the country communist. so yeah I'm all for the south rising again.

  • @DrrogertrustyDVM communists are rebels in their own right.

  • @Bartreligion Rebels that kill civilians to suppression counter revolutions? Who build concentration... wait you call them "Reeducation" Camps.

  • @DrrogertrustyDVM we look forward to invading your back-ass country again soon

  • @worldpolicenow Bring it.

  • I like the song. The "Southern Party" crap ruins it. Simon Bolivar Buckner Jr.'s father was the highest ranking American General killed in WWII. Funny that a South Carolinian flew a Confederate flag over Shuri Castle on Okinawa! Deo Vindice! (God Will Vindicate!)

  • Split state., stop propagUN

  • It was about taxes, tariffs, and preserving a way of life and culture.

  • @TaylorAGreene and state Sovereignty, which is been demolished, soon to be restored by blood

  • @XGDRabidPanda, if we're going to discuss what it was about in the minds of voters, or of soldiers, I guess we could look at their diaries etc. I'm pretty sure that for a whole lot of Yankee voters it was about ending slavery, so it was about slavery for them.

But I'm not very interested in what the voters and newspaper-readers thought it was about. I'm interested in the effects. And the effect was to end slavery and strengthen wage-slavery. Wage slavery worked better for owners.

  • Nobody has found a workable economic system yet.

Communism was barely invented in 1860. The Civil War was a battle for slavery on one side and wage slavery on the other.

It was sad they wound up fighting. But the Confederacy had wide-gauge railroads and there wasn't going to be a unified rail system until those were torn up.

  • @XGDRabidPanda Yes it was about slavery, but that was actually mostly the fault of the north, miliant abolitionists would have made war with the south (like they did during Bleeding Kansas) even if they USA goverment acknoweldged the independence of the CSA.

  • @XGDRabidPanda haha something alot of people dont know is anything south of US 40 in Indiana Ohio and Illinois was considered temporary slave territory and the last recorded slaves in southern Indiana were in the 1880's its all on record just not talked about much

  • @XGDRabidPanda It was about the EXPANSION of slavery. Lincln would allow slavery where it was, but not one inch further. Southern states tried to leave the union- & all hell followed.

  • @XGDRabidPanda Yep your right Lincoln never gave a damn about Slavery. He gave a damn about keep the south in check and keeping them in the Union,The Southern States had a issue about tariff taxes that's and one state had a real issue which was South Carolina which they tried to do Nullification of the tariff in 1833 which pissed President Andrew Jackson off,President Andrew Jackson sent warship to Charleston with orders to be ready for instant action.

  • @jakeblack1982 This is one of the reason of many the Southern states left the Union because states have State sovereign under the constitutional and can do Nullification which the state feels they shouldn't abide by Federal Laws that they disagree with.Welcome to the 10th Amendment.

  • @XGDRabidPanda Correct, not to mention that those same states were claimed by the Union. What about Delaware, a slave state in the Union that wasn't, and still isn't even remotely Southern.

Wanna hear how the North was tolerant? Look up General Order No. 11, passed in 1862 by Ulysses S. Grant himself, which essentially was a removal order to get rid of all the Jews in the re-occupied territories, in a quasi-Nazi fashion. And that's the Yankee war hero - imagine their villains!

  • @XGDRabidPanda U speak a great truth! Fine to see some people that know the truth!

    From the Netherlands!

  • @Zippy19891 SEE Even the Europeans understand our history better than we do. I guess thats Because Their children arn't taught from Yankee School books.

  • @XGDRabidPanda Yup, its because probably 2/3 of the world hates the US, because they keep the truth to themselves, they steal oil and cover it up, somebody needs to end the corruption, preferably the south.

  • @Zippy19891 All western nations still oil even yours. Although yours has less blood on their hands than my own. Just know... not All of us AMERICANS (Yes us Grey blooded Rebels are still AMERICANS) agree with the Union. I am profoundly against communism, socialism, fascism, and dictatorships I do not support in my country sending OUR men and women out to fight for others freedom... freedom is EARNED its not a gift.

  • @XGDRabidPanda And a question: Why communism and socialism? are u one of those Americans that think stalin was communism/socialism? Because he wasn't, it was a dictatorship. I would like you to reconsider it and read something about it.. Because you seem like a smart guy.

    And one that appreciates freedom.

    Indeed.

    Freedom is earned

  • @XGDRabidPanda I do support it, because some countries are incapable defending themselves because they're poorer, smaller, less populated then the opposing country. attacking a country that's weaker then yours doesn't seem fair to me. Their freedom was about to be taken away from them untill you Americans joined the fight.

  • @Zippy19891 And cheers brother, ever find yourself in my country, in my State of Kentucky, let me know and I'll meet up with you and buy you a beer and a shot of Bourbon... same goes to all international supporters. [><] cheers and remember to support my Confederate brothers when we finally rise again. And may God bless us All and cast the Tyrants to hell.

  • @XGDRabidPanda Amen to that

  • @jethomas5 whatever for the rest you're saying... 'wage slavery' is nicely put.

  • did Missouri go confederate ??

  • @HITHEREFOLKS Yup, a lot Guerrilla fighters came from there as well. Jessie James

  • @XGDRabidPanda thanks for reply.that's interesting, as a few border states between north and south were never too clear about the side they was on

  • @HITHEREFOLKS Missouri did not go confederate, it remained a Union state, it is sometimes reffered to as a split state, because although they did not secede there were many southern sympathizers inside the state that gave their support to the confederacy.

  • @ThunderChicken90 Technically, they did both. The was also a Missouri Confederate government in exile that obviously declared secession. So, as far as the Confederate side was concerned, Missouri did secede, and as far as the Unionist side was concerned, it did not. Missouri was indeed a classic example of a typical border state, however great characters like Jesse James existed to remind us that the Missouri Confederates were alive and well, and very passionate about the CSA.

  • @ThunderChicken90 that is interesting, i did not know this historical fact. someone could write,or maybe someone has already written about that ' grey line ' between union and confederates, i bet there were quite a few places where you didn't know exactly on which side you were on

  • @HITHEREFOLKS Of course, but what really mattered was what side YOU wre on, not so much your government. There was small battles that took place between towns in the same state, for example it happened in Kansas and Missouri, even before the war began.

  • @ThunderChicken90 this is historically very interesting, about battles between towns of the same state as you say , if there was enough information, someone should write a short book on these facts. .if you know of any, please let me know

  • The Orphan Brigade song! My ancestors fought in the Orphan Brigade. :)

  • 3 hurtbutted communists raged at this video

  • @MrDonneiDarko They will be really butt hurt when they realize history repeats

  • @MrDonneiDarko hey, im a communist but i still like this song and the confederacy

  • @JJWBHUFUGP Communist is the exact opposite of what the Confederacy stood for lol. But Cheers for the Support.

  • @XGDRabidPanda i know that, but ya have to see beyond the slavery and so on. i mean, i like the nazis too, not for what they did or stood for, but their military and so on.

  • @XGDRabidPanda No, Confederacy stood for Liberalism. In Some cases Comunists are "Liberals", for example, if the whole world was communist, no trade barriers would exist^^ nice music.

  • @JellyPeanutTime sure there would be no trade barriers but your money would not be your own. I am a Libertarian and I believe in personal and social Liberalism but as far as economic goes I am ultra conservative. Restricting business, taxes (namely income), and tax supported social welfare programs are wrong. Communism will NEVER WORK because people are lazy, corrupt, and tyrannical

  • What you preach for hasn't worked at all either. People are way to lazy and greedy for our economic system to be 'ultra conservative'. Your system allows people to cut coners, violate peoples rights, decieve others, steal from others, destroy the planet, deplete essential resources, create profit driven (as opposed to information driven) media which drums non-stop for war profiteering. We need to stand together to prosper, taxes is the price you pay for civilization.

  • Very good music.

I was, however, unable to discern the exact lyrics in the middle of the phrase, as indicated by the square brackets: "....We were driven [by our necks?] from our old Kentucky home...."

I'd be much obliged if anyone could please clarify?

  • @karcnikg ummm

We were driven Fourth in exile from out old kentucky home?

I think this is what you were thinking about. not sure, hope I helped.

  • @XGDRabidPanda

I've re-listened to this song following receipt of your suggestion & I think that you are correct, i.e "..we were driven forth in exile from our old Kentucky home..."

Thank you very much for the clarification.

  • @karcnikg No problem thanks for viewing

  • May God Bless The South

  • KY bled a lot in the Civil War. And where it was KY (USA) vs. KY(CSA), the casualties were horrendous. KY kicked ass north and south. First flag on Lookout Mtn (KY USA). Assault that caused the collapse of the Union left at Chickamauga (resulting in the greatest rout of the Union army)ky CSA. Stole a rebel train thru GA for the Union (KY Union). Raided St Alban's Vermont (KY CSA. on and on. The anniversary will not commemorate the contributions of your area. Submit culture differently

  • My family decends from kentucky. But i'm pretty sure i live in ohio XD lol..so uh...okay whatever, i'm still confused.

  • What is the title of this song and who sings it?

Oh wait, you must have been trying to say "traitors." Sorry, West Virginia decided not to fight for the top 1% of Wealthy whites who fraudulently passed secession referendums throughout the deep South.

  • @XGDRabidPanda very true, selfish, they wanted only their jobs

  • @XGDRabidPanda Im from West Virginia and my family fought for the south. West Virginia isn't northern, we're southern! We are south of the Mason-Dixon line!!!
