squatting to grass should be used temporary cause then your glutes work too n sometimes during contest prep I see guys with huge butt and small but well separated quads. IMO
@femfireto Dude when you have like 315 pounds on your back you need the neckbad or your traps feel like they're gunna pop lol I don't know how anyone can squat heavy and not wear a neckpad cause the bar kills my traps/neck when I don't wear one. Just my opinion though.

quads are definately your best bodypart but you really have to work on those triceps! bi's are decent, but your triceps are lacking mass. i'd recommend focusing on the long head, to get that round sweep to match the shape of the biceps.
Props man you could use alot more mass on ur triceps which would make ur arms look alot bigger! And more forearms ur proportions look a little weird but very very impressive

Tom Platz (famous for his legs) could get the most from squats because he had short legs whilst tall guys tend to hurt their back

The best way to work out your legs is to squat light weight for about 15-20 no drop sets. 5 reps and take it slow. That what I do and my legs and ass are firm as hell
