hmmm, well im assuming you use some version of Vegas... and if thats so i cant tell you how to do it because i dont use Vegas, i use Ulead Video Studio v11+

but im pretty sure there is a similar effect on Vegas... i just dont know how to do it

I love it. The only thing I would suggest is playing around with the color more, some of the "vision/memory" shots are hard to see and I think that if you change the color more, you may be able to pick them out. Otherwise, I think you should finish it.

i was going to reedit the beginning (weird slowmo and i want to change the text) and also change around the flashback scenes so they all match, look better, and all that good stuff, but i will make sure that are easy too see aswell now

Very interesting. Ulquiorra is scary. Which fight are you talking about? There is that really epic short fight between the two, and there's also...well no spoilers, but there are fights in the anime already. You should use some of those clips. I love the song by the way.

i need to wait for the mangas fight to be released in the anime, the short fight does not provide enough scenes for that story i was to create

but i will use the short fight aswell, i will blend the two together for my story ;)

You know what would be cool though? If you actually used a manga scene or page in one part. Placed properly it could look pretty epic, especially because it's in black and white.

As for something to be put into consideration for change: The text 'Can you save them?' was a bit fast and hard to read. More emphasis with a longer pause? Also from 1:09-1:20 you use that one effect a lot, and although I like it, it's a bit overused. You could remove it in some places.

1:09-1:20 is my estimated weakest part of the vid, as you say i spam those two transitions, although i cant really say i will change or remove them, they never show up again so X-P

as for the "You can save them" i plan to work with that a lot, i see your point that it doesnt show up long enough, i will make sure i fix that aswell

well i use Ulead, and in ulead those are 2 of the transitions it has

unless you got Ulead it wouldnt do my any good to tell you... and i have yet to encounter anyone else who does X-D

well, the effects you asked about were 'transitions' the white flash/fade was one of the flashback transitions, the sliding transition was a run-and-stop push transition, i edited it to be from the bottom instead of from the side (you can edit transitions by simply selecting them after you apply them to two scenes, and each ones have various options most of which i have never used)

me too. i am an a constant state of battle whether to wait for the Ulq fight, or just go with the grimjow fight

I would wait for the Ulq. fight to come out, and then mix a bit of grimjow in with it.

hmmm... i dont really think there is time in the whole amv to have ichigo fight multiple people, it will take a lot of scenes to portray the story i got

it gets all complicated at the end X-P well not really but i was actually worrying i would have too many scenes to use, the last part of the song is pretty fast so ill be able to use lots of scenes, but i got 5 parallel fights going on X-P

if i see room for the grimjow fight i will put it in though, since that is an awesome fight

I really liked this vid, especially the beginning with all of Orihime's visions.

I also love it because you put in part of my favorite scenes from the anime (1:33. Epic speech is epic lol.) XD

originally i was ganna sue grimjow vs ichigo, but itll work out better and add mroe depth to my altenate story if i wait for the manga ulq fight to be released as the anime, so i will wait... for the sake of the amv... nothing to do with me being lazy... =)
