The acting from the bomb squad leader, Kyle Chandler, is some of the BEST acting I have ever seen in my life.

His acting during talking with Meridith through removing the bomb made me feel as if I was actually there.

This is truly probably the BEST episode of Grey's Anatomy, period.

This episode, the three episodes when then ferry crashed and Meredith drowns, the episode where Derek has to operate on an inoperable tumor in S6, and the episode in S6 when all the residents are interrogated after a patient died (the whole "who done it") episodes are my all time favorite Grey's episodes.

The bomb squad guy with all his body armor on was between her and the explosion, so even though he was blown to bits (in the next show they had Meredith in the shower washing blood and body parts off of her), his body prevented her from being killed by shrapnel.
