Well people dont know what getting dunked on is. a person does not have to be in front to get dunked on. As long as they are close to the persom and make an attempt to block and they jump in the air its considered dunking on the person. but its looks better when the person is in the front though

@Kookoo4coco200 but its not as simple as you're trying to make it. if you miss a shot then you just miss. but if you miss a block attempt that means somebody scored, so it has to count against someone and that would be the defender. therefore, if lebron tries to block kobe and misses, that means kobe dunked. who does the dunk count on? the player attempting the block right? it wasn't a facial dunk but the dunk still counts on lebron b/c he attempted to block it. get it?

That would be like a 7 footer bragging if he dunks on a 6 footer, when the point is it should happen. So all and all his dunk on lebron was not impressive.

If lebron would have blocked it from behind, you would be saying he blocked Kobe shot. He contested the shot and failed. So he got dunked on.
