I've seen to many pros lose it when coming down (head shake) to try it. I love my bike and insurance rates to much to do this. I have done minor accidental power wheelie in first though. Only a few inches off the ground.
@black2010zx6r get a steering damper & make sure you accelerate as the wheel comes down. People get headshake when the front tires has to start spinning again after being stopped or spinning at a low speed. Continuing to accelerate keeps enough weight off the front to prevent headshake. Having said that... you might hit the rev limiter as you come down. So it's best just to get a steering damper and set it up correctly.
@RageingBullfrog Wow man. Did you have a bad day? You're really jumping to insult me.
1 - my reply wasn't to the video maker - it was to a fellow youtuber
2 - maybe the steering damper wasn't setup correctly (most come with a lot of stiffness settings - needless to say the "least stiff" option won't usually help much)
3 - The guy in the video didn't even crash & yes he has a steering damper
And since we're on youtube I might as well correct your spelling. Complete has an "e" at the end.
@RageingBullfrog Yah - I had a bad day. But calling me a cock still isn't going to help you much. What did you expect after calling me a pleb? Do you see me picking cotton in a field or raising a bunch of chickens in the mud? Anyways, I'm sorry for over correcting you. Stay safe.
hahahaha to what ever u had ducktaped to ur tank.. im not hatin i really think its funny some shit id do..lol nice wheelie be smoothing with the throttle shel stay up longer
@CrankyHippo hard on a ninja250? man, I'm doing it on a CBR 125R with 15 horse power... You just need to practise. Power wheelie is for idiots, use clutch.

that was really good actually

sweet, i've got to learn how to do that when i get a new bike, it's hard to do on a ninja250
CrankyHippo 2 years ago
@CrankyHippo
agreed its too hard on the bike and the learning curve is way too large. it's either balance point wheelie or no wheelie.
