you say your CAI+..where is your safety equipment(this is required for CAI+)..looks like you fitted a high gain aerial on to a 6ftx1" mast..surely that will bend or break in a good wind..the prices you charge, surely you could fit a 2" gauge mast so you know the jobs done right..im not impressed an it looks like the work of cowboys...
where is safety equipment...you say your CAI+...so you should be safe at heights and wearing safety equipment..i feel sorry for employee's as they clearly haven't been trained....in your video, your fitting a high gain aerial on to a 1" x 6ft mast..im no expert but surely that will bend or break in a good wind with a heavy aerial fitted on top.surely a 2"gauge mast would be more suitable.sorry but im not impressed with this video an it looks like the work of cowboys......
they tell you they can do the job from £55, then the fitter turns up with his little leaflet and explains why the £55 isnt for you and that you need the biggest aerial, with the best bracket, strongest pole, new cable, boosters yada yada, and then hit you for £250 to £300.
use local company's, these lot are rip off merchants.
ffs i would sack any of my guys using a roof ladder in that manner also less than 2ft from the edge of the roof?? tell me this aint your head technician?? fookin sack him H&S your havin a laff also using the pots to rest your meter on??? this guy needs to go back on a roof access special heights course NOW before hes killed or attempts to claim your firms insurance for falling from a roof..
£180 for just a wideband aerial upgrade for a lady in a wheelchair, you villains, you just don't give a shit do you, so long as you get your commission! You shame us all in the trade!
lol, i work for a reputab;le and long established aerial company in Buckinghamshire and its inevitable youl upset 1 in 100 people because people are after all people, but damn action aerials youve really upset some people.
Fixing the aerial to overhang any chimney is not very wise. I know this stack is topped off with cowlings never the less there is enough heat to cause problems melting the coax leading to rain water ingress & on a chimney without a cowling the heat will melt the dipole & balun giving your new expensive aerial a very short life. On this example the aerial was fitted to the wrong side of the chimney & he connecting the short piece of new coax to the existing old weathered honeycomb feed.
i ve been back to a number of these jobs trust me not what i call aerial jobs using exisitng bracket work and cables and chrging for complete new installs public beware
i have reported you to the rdi for your vans ..you are mis leading the public ... your engineers are not qualified with the rdi( digital uk) cand the adverts on your van are against the law. who knows who could be calling at your door folks ...
if you want a cowboy installation at a rip off price then action aerials is the firm you can trust, i am in contact with trading standards and rouge traders as we speak
I've had work done by these guys and they were brilliant - why you lot seem to want to spend your time giving them grief when you clearly dont have a clue about the company is beyond me. The engineer that came to me (think his name was Rob) was great - and he used all the right safety gear from what i could see, is this just sour grapes?

Rogue Traders springs to mind.
ripping off old people
not returning to repair faults after being paid
charging stupid money for little work or materials
eg, £110 "as long as you pay cash"
what difference does it make if you are a legitimate company?
etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc etc
Mickey Mouse outfit not to be trusted !!!!!!!!!!!!
One of the worst run Aerial firms in the country
FACT.................................................................
