many years of practice and thats easy stuff lol, develop your own style of foot technique stuff thats comftorable for you now for a professional drummer, don't try and copy them, use ur own style

It does sound exactly like the fill to the intro of Psychosocial. Except there's a snare roll before and continuing on, And the end hit after the quad-double fill needs a snare hit along with the floor tom. But otherwise, it sounds almost the same. :L

its just doubles with the kick and quad on the snare. rinse repeat add flair and voilla. Its an awesome fill if you can get it to speed. Also try a quad on each if your quick enough. :)

Ya but Sabian makes a full range of cymbals at all different pitches, for all different styles. So do other cymbal companies.

You should explore other options for cymbals, all brands are good but you cant say a brand sounds high pitched.
