This works even better if you use the spawn trick to spawn 2 or 3 man cannons in the same spot, and then use bridges instead of the windows to hold the dumpster. Don't use an over-shield or it won't kill them. With this one, there is a way to get the power-up without dying. If the power up is tucked back between bridges, there is no way to get it without moving in the path of the super-powered dumpster.
