no from what i heard there are multiple ones.

this complex is located and split between lakes and various things.

Also people who got the early access code to play this have reported that it has taken them to only explore 33 percent approx 2 hours.

and im not taalking about 33 percent complete, im just talking explored, which means that you will be running around multiple areas again at a time so this will be pretty lenghty
