Is it possible to use your own sound file? Like place it in the directory where the phone saves recorded files for example?
Assuming the iphone gets an update in the Summer 2010 I will pick it up and since I use my phone as an alarm clock in the mornings it's an important feature to me.
The N95 I currently use has garbage customization for its alarm.
The alarm will not work with the phone off. Currently, Apple does not have a feature that "wakes" the phone. Also, Apple will not allow apps to interact with the Phone's operating system. This is a limitation dictated by Apple, not by the app.

It is available on the App Store, either through iTunes on your PC/Mac or on your phone.
