Doesn't run badly :) Idle's a little high, but it keeps reasonable oil pressure, considering it's up to temperature. Was surprised what a difference new bearings and a new pump made to my dad's 1275- thought there was something wrong, warm, at 850rpm it'd hold a steady 72psi, and not waver, revved u to 4500 it held the same!

what speed does your srpite tend to red line at. I take it that its got 4 gears...anyhow mine red lines at around 60mph but it depends on the day tbh. if its cold it'll be more, if its warm its less (around 50mph). Are they all like this? or is there soemthing wrong?
