The used ones aren't actually used though they were usually returned or they had damaged packaging so people returned them I just got mine and it was brand new with a dent in the box but unopened it only cost 162.00 with tax and free shipping from amazon.

@bood3e Nope, the only point is that you are going to be screwed if skyrim comes on multiple disks and with expansions for the game.. if you want the skyrim expansions when/if they come out go with the 250GB

@bood3e well the more gigity bites the more storage (u already know that) but something you might not know is the more gigity bites the faster the pixels in the game pixilate so the 4gb mayy be a little laggy while playing the game compared to the 250gb but i would buy the 4gb b/c its 100 dollars cheaper and if you find out you need or just want the 250 u can just buy a 250gb hard drive for 100$. thats what im doing, and yes i do think you will have enough storage on the 4gb for those 3 games:)
