I would reckon that Paperwork (H/M) would work well as an anti-ukemi/tech roll move since the move lasts for quite a while and covers a bit of range.

well phoenix (in my oppinion) is one of the best characters in the game and a good strategy with him is to get all to turnabout mode and if you're not abled to do the lv3 or the time of the mode is running out the best thing to do is to tag him out and keep using his Press the Witness assist and keep hearing his AWESOME tournabout music until he dies lol

I've been trying to get this game for a loooong time. On October 22, I shat bricks when I saw the trailer. Personally, I didn't care why people thought he was a bad character because he's Phoenix Wright. He doesn't need to be god-like like Dante. I can't wait to use Phoenix and I have to thank you for uploading this amazing video :)

TAC is a good way to go into turnabout mode bcuz you can object mid air then TAC into the 3rd character also you can DHC into his Level 3 its super effective

Actually, you should add to the strategies that when you're being knocked down from the order in the court hyper, during your recovery roll, you can call an assist. I was theory crafting that today and I figured that no matter the rollback you'd do, this assist call would be amazing if it tracked the other player. Since you're rolling, you can make the assist call fairly safe. You can even call maya for double assist and make mixups. Tracking assists: Strider, Dr.Strange, missiles, maybe others?

Phoenix wright assist isn't invincible when he's in turnabout mode. It's invincible "from the front". If you can teleport behind and hit him before he jumps off screen, you'll actually catch him. It's still a godlike assist, but you can hit him out of it.

Has anyone at FC tried snap backing Phoenix as an assist when he's called to the field in his invincible turnabout mode to see if that has any effect? I know in this game they put in some affect that makes it when called assists are hit by snap back it delays then from being called to the field the next time by a fair amount. Maybe some hidden anti-PW tech to look into for the future provided he does become a problem.

@yumyumeatemup Wright is actually vulnerable at the end of both Paperwork Strom and Break the Witness (his alpha + beta assists in turnabout mode). You can hit him with a physical attack/hyper (can even combo him!). I have yet to see it, but I believe other hypers may work (needs more testiing). So he is actually not as invincible as he might seem....

@leroidespinguins It is a bit stricter than a hailstorm or a Magnetic shockwave since you have to mode change quick if you're in investigation more or you'll miss your chance.

it's like every special move cancel into super. yeah it's "stricter" than OTG super where you have 2 whole second to input it, but it's not "advanced" by any means. it's not like you have to TK a DP motion or anything.
