few blow holes there old boy need to spice up youre torch work abit. what did the engine swallow, was it just another tuning fuckup??? heads look too sweet to have dickheads tuning it fucking it if so !!!!
Good job there! did you cnc milled the combustion chambres, or was that done with a hand-tool? if cnc milled, how did you get the shape exactly the same? (some kind of digitalizing proces like that 'centroid porting' thing?)
@Xceldyne can you tell which tools, methods and materials you use to do this? im almost done dissasembling an engine, m43 bmw engine from an old e36. its suposed to have a gasket problem but it might be something worse xD. any more info you can give to do this DIY would be great, ty.
@Xceldyne Would you be able to do that with cast iron cylinder heads? I know I know, most guys just junk the cast heads once they crack, but I have a numbers matching vehicle in which I need to keep numbers matching, and I can't find a head to replace it anywhere. If you did the cast iron, what technique would you use, weld, or braze? Thanks for any info you can share in advance...
U guys are very good love the way u did it in stages to show what u done to fix the head the correct way wish u would send me some info on your cast iron small block heads thanks guys

looks great but did those changes have any effect on the CR of the engine? I'd be concerned about pre-ignition or detonation? Any issues there?
