nice one again. but try adding a little atmospherics to it. it might be better. i know u composed this in a stripped-down simple form so that the gravity falls on your (interesting) lyrics... but a little atmospherics on the tune... say, a violin or a second guitar... might help spice things up a bit, while still keeping the attention on the lyrics. sorry for all the technical stuff but i'm a musician too and i'm pretty much a technical guru. :-)

2:14 - "But he still better company than most everyone else", Sounds a bit compact. I believe if you take out "most"; - "But he's still better company than everyone else", this will be a hit (at least in youtube).

Or you can take out "But" but one has to go.
