Such attacks can be so random and almost unanswerable, that I have given up worrying about them. Since this video was uploaded, all of my videos have included a copyright disclaimer at the beginning, and I have had no further trouble. This is not to say that the copyright notice has worked, but it may have had some deterrent affect.

After having just been the victim of a copyright claim, I'd like to say that I'm grateful that you uploaded this, however it's also important that YouTube's policies and behavior may be more due to sloppiness and/or laziness on YouTube's part, rather than deliberately trying to play and/or cater to Big Brother. Still, whether it's carelessness or deliberate corporate cowardice, it's simply deplorable to make it that easy for plaintiffs and that hard for defendants.
Very well said. The process by which one person can get another person's video taken down is far too simple, and is heavily biased towards frivolous or fraudulent complainants.

Copyright laws are wrong, they stifle innovation and if such laws were in place during the enlightenment we wouldn't be much smarter than dark-age Europeans today. Patents and Copyright laws are ridiculous and contradict the principles of both Capitalism and Communism. There should be at least a limit on copyright time, a short limit no more than 5 years of complete monopoly over the idea. I think JewTube does this just to censor people whose opinion they disagree with.

You ask some interesting questions, to which I have no answers. I will not fill in a form with false information, on the basis that if I am caught in a lie, then there goes whatever credibility I may have in other areas. The problem is that people who are interested in suppressing a video have no such constraints. YouTube, by refusing to act on my discovery that the phone number given in the complaint was false, have shown their double standards.
Unless someone takes action on our behalf, something akin to historic levels that will be put into future textbooks that will bore our children, then we're screwed. YouTube has already made it a pain for us to get views now as it is. It may as well be HuluTube now. And other video sites which may actually support the user are rare and few, plus they simply don't have the number of users to equel that of YouTube for views.

Theres no way this vid only has 13k views. They obviously are censoring this. I have watched it carefully & they're suppressing it on the YT lists. He posted in "Non-Profit & Activism". Other vids that got less views in the 1st week got listed while Alawson911 didnt. This also happened on rating, views, favorite, etc. So the YT team(ADL/SPLC) has definitely seen this vid for that suppression to happen. The same happened to me when posting 'day of' vid disputing IDF claims on the Flotilla.
Referring to my previous post, an entity which specializes in 60s-70s era soft porn and slasher B-movies has moved youtube to remove racing footage which it doesn't even offer for sale or provide for rebroadcasting. I'm going to hazard a guess which global demographic predominates in the realm of porn, soft porn, and blood movies. Inglorious Basterds should be a clue.

I have one of these notices too and it seriously annoyed me too, and yes I have seen the video you uploaded elsewhere. In my case, I actually knew who the complainant was, and I actually spoke to him face to face about it. I didn't say exactly what I thought that he has his head so far up his own arse that he can't see anything but his own shit. But anyway, such action merely highlights the issue which is being censored. Getting banned means that people want to see the censored material.

When my voice was used, without my permission, on a video which had to do with the no-planes-in-New York issue (there were planes in New York), I complained and won, because the usage was malicious. There is no general rule, but in the fair-use and public's-right-to-know areas there is a lot of wriggle room, as there should be.

No URL was given for the what he claims I infringed: video and audio on "Germany, the Nazis and the Holocaust" and it cannot be found on the Internet, so how could I have infringed it? His YT username: JamesCaansCool is "not available". Some checking system YouTube runs!
Hey, since Google/YouTube operate in the US, then under basic US law you're innocent til proven guilty. So you had every right to post a counterclaim until *they* proved you violated some specific claim or law.
When I posted the video in question on my blog I told everyone to download it because sure enough JewTube would ban it and that has come to pass.
I received the same threat for DL Braveheart's freedom speech on my channel however you can still find dozens of other channels with the same few minutes of film. Why haven't those channels been forced to remove theirs? Obviously context was the reason - political awareness vs entertainment so YT chastized me & I was forced to remove it.
YouTube deliberately removes the videos that are flagged as unpopular even with the fair right usage of copyrighted material. Companies need give YT no notice for YT's ADL to remove material that otherwise contradicts & even exposes their propaganda & war against the online community. Your comments are recorded but you need to click the "See All" in order to view your comment. Sometimes it happens that comments don't show up on the front page, but they ARE recorded in the convo. Fear not though, friend, the situation will eventually correct itself since YT is constantly screwing with the coding & scripting for the comments section.

I had a legitimate copyright claim against me. The videos were removed and I even received a notification from the company that holds the copyright. I told them how mad I was and how greedy they were being. They replied by saying they would send me a free DVD. I replied back by calling them a bunch of corporatists and that I wouldn't be bought. To hell with copyright, time for copyleft! If there's nothing new under the sun, how can someone claim to intellectually own anything?

The decision to remove your video is clearly highly questionable to say the least. If there is any genuine merit to the claim of 'copyright infringement' then you should definitely receive details. You should also receive clear details of precisely who the person making the claim is. This would be standard practice in any such situation. The fact that this hasn't happened suggests that there is no substance to this claim.
Thank you Mr. Anthony Lawson for this very informative and reasoned video. The censorship you have described is experienced by many of the best video creators here on YouTube. Removal of a video or suspension of an account often feels like the arbitrary decision of a dutiful nameless clerk.

@AussieMatters I've been trying to push people to use torrents for video's. Popular video's will get plenty of hosts and the god damned jews can't lie and censor torrents easily. The video that was removed was very well done, which is why I was sure to save a copy of it, as I knew it would be targeted for deletion. While I hope the matter is resolved, suffice to say, I am still thus able to use it as an academic work and tool for open discussion, which is something that Google/YouTube fortunately cannot yet regulate.
That's odd, isn't it. We lived only a few miles from each other, in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, but we've never met. But it surprises me that John Pilger seems to be ambivalent about 9/11. Such attacks can be so random and almost unanswerable, that I have given up worrying about them. Since this video was uploaded, all of my videos have included a copyright disclaimer at the beginning, and I have had no further trouble. This is not to say that the copyright notice has worked, but it may have had some deterrent affect.

After having just been the victim of a copyright claim, I'd like to say that I'm grateful that you uploaded this, however it's also important that YouTube's policies and behavior may be more due to sloppiness and/or laziness on YouTube's part, rather than deliberately trying to play and/or cater to Big Brother. Still, whether it's carelessness or deliberate corporate cowardice, it's simply deplorable to make it that easy for plaintiffs and that hard for defendants.

Copyright laws are wrong, they stifle innovation and if such laws were in place during the enlightenment we wouldn't be much smarter than dark-age Europeans today. Patents and Copyright laws are ridiculous and contradict the principles of both Capitalism and Communism. There should be at least a limit on copyright time, a short limit no more than 5 years of complete monopoly over the idea. I think JewTube does this just to censor people whose opinion they disagree with.

Unless someone takes action on our behalf, something akin to historic levels that will be put into future textbooks that will bore our children, then we're screwed. YouTube has already made it a pain for us to get views now as it is. It may as well be HuluTube now. Theres no way this vid only has 13k views. They obviously are censoring this. I have watched it carefully & they're suppressing it on the YT lists. He posted in "Non-Profit & Activism". Other vids that got less views in the 1st week got listed while Alawson911 didnt. This also happened on rating, views, favorite, etc. So the YT team(ADL/SPLC) has definitely seen this vid for that suppression to happen. The same happened to me when posting 'day of' vid disputing IDF claims on the Flotilla.

While my material is indeed owned by someone I posted it on youtube because MSM takeovers of entities such as Speedvision and ESPN have practically erased the entire history of racing from the television in order to steer viewer attention (and thus dollars) to NASCAR INC. I have one of these notices too and it seriously annoyed me too, and yes I have seen the video you uploaded elsewhere. In my case, I actually knew who the complainant was, and I actually spoke to him face to face about it. I didn't say exactly what I thought that he has his head so far up his own arse that he can't see anything but his own shit. But anyway, such action merely highlights the issue which is being censored. Getting banned means that people want to see the censored material.

When my voice was used, without my permission, on a video which had to do with the no-planes-in-New York issue (there were planes in New York), I complained and won, because the usage was malicious. There is no general rule, but in the fair-use and public's-right-to-know areas there is a lot of wriggle room, as there should be.

I had a legitimate copyright claim against me. The videos were removed and I even received a notification from the company that holds the copyright. I told them how mad I was and how greedy they were being. They replied by saying they would send me a free DVD. I replied back by calling them a bunch of corporatists and that I wouldn't be bought. To hell with copyright, time for copyleft! If there's nothing new under the sun, how can someone claim to intellectually own anything?

The decision to remove your video is clearly highly questionable to say the least. If there is any genuine merit to the claim of 'copyright infringement' then you should definitely receive details. You should also receive clear details of precisely who the person making the claim is. This would be standard practice in any such situation. The fact that this hasn't happened suggests that there is no substance to this claim.

This reminds me patriot Bill Copper and what he said to those that complained about the Jewish owned press. Hell if some coders with free time decided to they could create a nice interface for a strictly video based torrent site.

Well I just Googled "James Allan Khan" and the only search results on him were the ones relating to this censorship case. No Facebook account no Linkedin profile, nothing. No such person exists.
They also remove that recent powerful Louis Farakhan video blasting Obama and the war on Libya, on the grounds of "spam" lol. That video got quarter of a million views in 2 days and it was waking alot of people up.

Seed this on Torrents! It needs to go viral because it is now historical educational news on how Google Youtube maybe handling videos it is 'pressured' to having removed . I perceive, that Lawson, touched on information Highly EXPOSING the Jewish Holocaust trial. It must have been a well done video. It should be Seeded on Torrents by the name it was posted. Google Youtube will have a hard time censoring an upload boom. Being Jewish by race, and not by Babylonian Talmudism, I'm interested.

There is no such a thing as the Jewish race, just as there are no such things as the Christian, Buddhist or Muslim races. They are all religions, or as I think of them: belief and crowd-control systems, based on myths and superstitions. All of these belief and control-systems, as well as others, must be taught, and cannot, therefore, have anything to do with genetics. Nurture not nature.

@alawson911 The notion of race is actually more related to genetics than belief systems. The belief systems come after the fact and can be promoted between various genetic pools. People have misconstrued race no doubt due to jewish influence on the topic (ie: there is no race). Well, the fact is, there are genetic pools which have similarities and that's what is indicated by race. It's no different than the notion of breed for dogs. They can interbred, but specific breeds have specific traits.

Forget appeals to Brin or Page. They are the nominal owners of Google, it's "public face" if you like. They have no say in YouTube's role as an entity of truth suppression.
You will need to go much further up the hill with appeals to change Google's YouTube truth censorship parameters . . . you'll need to send your request for YouTube to stop suppressing Free Speech and Truth to the Israeli Government of America, I would say - and good luck with that. The video that was removed was very well done, which is why I was sure to save a copy of it, as I knew it would be targeted for deletion. While I hope the matter is resolved, suffice to say, I am still thus able to use it as an academic work and tool for open discussion, which is something that Google/YouTube fortunately cannot yet regulate.
