I need help. I'm connected to my wi-fi, 3 bars full signal, but the internet is not loading and I can't do anything online like using youtube or playing online. I rebooted my Ipod too many times already, ive done everything I could already on my ipod. People are telling me to reboot my router too but the wi-fi im using isn't my router, it is my neighbors. What do I do? Should I buy a new router?

@s0ccer96 Your neighbor set their WiFi not to give an IP via DHCP server. Is Internet working connectin to this WiFi using a computer or it happens only with the iPod?

@s0ccer96 just go and try other wifi. If it works then means your wifi got promblem. Simple as it is
