the video its self is not that bad, but why are yours speding loads of time just doing same trick over and over again, like all ive seen in here is Backflip(layout, tuck) back 180, and frontflips, like this guy at the start got a really got twist why not try backflip 720, or if u got fast rotation do a double, like do some other tricks like sideflips which are not that hard to learn on trampolines, do gainers , front imploders and other stuff like that stop repeating the same trick in the video!

@tybo1213 In all seriousness you just need to throw it. Get nuff air then throw your hands back as hard as you can and spin your legs around your head. It's really easy, once you do it once, you'll be able to do it every time.
