Congratulations on what you've lost already but, I think you need to add fillers- like salads w/ light vinegar based dressings, steamed veges, oatmeal for breakfast etc. don't skip your meals - 3 meals & 2 snacks, even if you have a burger minus the mayo and cheese with a large salad or a plate of steamed broccoli etc . You won't be hungry, right now you're eating so little food . (you'll be taking care of the craving and hunger-staying full longer w/veges)
@3bboys70 Thanks so much for the advice, I love my oatmeal for breakfast I do that most of the time. I try not to never skip a meal. Thats what I start also. Like if I eat a sandwhich I would use mustard and put alot of veggies on it, like tomatoes, spinach, onion and etc. and have a salad on the side. I will continue to use your advice. Thank you, Thank you, makes me feel alot better. Have a bless day.
You are doing awesome! I was discouraged a little over a pound weight gain too. I still lost inches. So we are doing something right. You might want to switch from peanuts to a healthier nut. The Almond milk is great! I use the unsweetened it has only 40 cal per cup. I drink Hemp Shake for breakfast and sometimes after a workout with weights. You can add a banana to it the cal count comes to 150-170 depending on size of the banana. With only 2 scoops of Hemp Shake. It is filling!
@sassie98 It do get you a little discouraged. I have been dropping inches. We are still doing something. That's why I said I will go on any how. I said I was going back to my almonds. I love the almond milk. I just tried coconut milk its good to. I will try the Hemp Shake too. Thank you so much for your comment.
I agree you shouldn't worry about the pound you gained. You're still doing really good! Maybe you should adjust your snacking a little. I notice that when I snack on crackers and ice cream (even low-fat) I crave more sweets and salty foods. Try eating fruit and almonds instead of crackers, ice cream, and peanuts. My trainers says peanuts aren't that good for you and I should snack on almonds instead. Keep up the good work :o)
@Clynnm0702 Yea, that's what I told myself I would do this week. Cut back on the snacking and if I do it will be fruits and veggies. I went last night a stocked up on more fruits and veggies. I use to alway but almonds, the I started getting the mix nuts with them all in one can. I will go back to my almonds. And I thought peanuts were the bomb LOL. Thanks
Don't worry about the gain. Yesterday, I weighed in at 376, & today I got on the scale at 279.. I didn't work out yesterday, & I know it is just water weight.... But we do fluctuate our weight for different reasons. It can take up to 2 weeks for fat to leave the body going from point a to point b.. So the work you did last week might not have even shown up yet on the scale... Be ecouraged, you are doing great!!
@timjuillet Thanks so much for the ecouragment. Thats what I kind of figure, our bodies just do what they want. Then It could be water to. But I am moving on anyway. Thanks Tim.
WOOHOOO A LONG VIDEO!! LOL WELL CONGRATS ANYWAYS!! YOU STILL EATING HEALTHY!!!!!!!!!!!!! SO JUST KEEP PRESSING!!!!!! YOU WILL GET THERE!!! LOVE YA LOTS!!

It looks like you ate alot of protein. Do you think you might have gained some muscle? You know muscle weighs more than fat, right? When I weigh myself, I also take my measurements. You very well could be smaller, but just gained some muscle, which is ultimately what you want too.
@LionessReloaded I did have alot of protein, I didn't noticed that. I might have gain muscles. I do lift weights and all that. I've been hearing that alot to about the muscle and fat. Thank so much for the information.
