Underinflated tires can cause a 3-10% increase in fuel consumption. Domestic drilling can decrease 3-4% foreign oil dependance. It mathmatically is equivelant. That was Obama's valid point.

The reason Fox hired the ugly, whiney Colmes as the Democratic representative is because your primative primate brain is intended to side with Hannity. Its a standard propaganda technique.

Only if you believe we only can produce 3-4% of all our needs. However, if you believe we can produce 100% of the oil we need then Obama is way wrong. "They" are talking about drilling off shore, in Alaska, and Shale Rock, where we most likely have 100% of what we need. Since we are not allowed to explore, the Obambots can use that fact that he does not now how much we really have. Gull Island in Alaska supposedly has al the oil we need for at least 60 years. Shale Rock too. We do have it.
