Very sad, but inevitable that the ghosts of slavery and the sexual abuse behind it always lurk when DNA results such as this are disclosed...

It brutalises and deforms mixed blood, tragic but as Lt. Governor Paterson articulates this is a long standing tragedy and I suppose irreparable.
