Quakers Get Naked in Meeting for Worship - Jon Watts Music Video

Jon Watts is an embarassment to Quakerism! I certainly don't know what he was thinking, when posting a video such as this. It is abhorrent to conventional Quakerism, and certainly has nothing to do with my personal beliefs regarding Quakerism. I would also maintain that George Fox is rolling over in his grave, at the response to this spectacle.

NO!!! This is NOT what George Fox taught!! Nor any other Quaker!

MODESTY is still expected. Fox taught that even stain glass was distracting to worship of G-d.

The music was not directed in praise to G-d, but man's iniquity! This is a sick perversion of any Christianity. The message they tried to promote was swallowed in a display of VANITY!

The book of Genesis I thought was self explanatory! Any Quaker who watches this should be extremely disappointed.

Guys, I love this. Years ago I used to live in a resort area that had a lot of "clothing optional" places. I had no trouble letting my belly sag and my vast amount of back hair be free, just being social. I did not realise the freedom I had as a Quaker. I never felt like I was doing a "sin" as someone suggested. Maybe its why I see so eye to eye with so many nudists and like minded. Maybe this is why I get along with the French? Love the idea. I will bring it up at the Kalamazoo meeting. Lol.

How refreshing. I am a Quaker in New Zealand. My journey into Naturism began a few years later on a parallel path, but I have yet to merge the two. How lovely it would be if that could happen in my lifetime. Might have to let the climate warm up a bit first to make it practical though! Well done.

Great concept, a great rap, but an insincere video. Why? Because you folks were not naked. I know, YouTube doesn't allow it. But Vimeo does. If you're really sincere about all this, you should re-shoot this video with real nudity and post it on Vimeo.
