  • THEY LOOK A LITTLE TOO BIG FOR THAT CAR

  • Okay then. They're back at the Batcave and the Batmobile is just parked somewhere in the city as if inviting theft. What is this entrapment? A Bat bait car? Oh and some stragedy Batcompture, showing us the Joker's face in lightbright peices. :) Ahhh the 70's.

  • I'd been scared of that Joker, he looks like he's been around a little too much nuclear fallout.

  • Oh man Vengeanceismine1 lol, I was thinking same thing. why does Batman want the Joker to put the lotion in the basket?

  • What are they up to ? There jerkin there gerkins

  • "Wow, worst casting ever for the Batman voice"

    Super Great casting

  • Wow, worst casting ever for the Batman voice, and really creepy at how the penguins nose slowly sunk into the moist sand, very erotic for a kids toy commercial.

  • 0:14 JOKER LOOKS SO RETARDED! XD

  • Mego was the creepiest toy company ever.

  • Holy thumbs down Batman! Joker got access to the internet at Arkham, and disliked this video!! :) Being a child of the 70s, I loved the Mego line. :)

    Cheers.

  • The first kid in the commercial has Bieber hair.

  • dont raise your arms or stand up when the rotors are spinning robin, seriously robin i said dont, robin its dange.......alfred get the batmop

  • @WallKenshiro "Gonna need a new Robin. I lose MORE sidekicks that way..."

  • I have this toy still after all these years and it's in great condition.

  • Batman sounds like he's becoming a Batwomen.

  • Best toy line ever! That Batmobile is a snug fit fer them ...

  • Best toy line ever! That Batmobile is a snug fit fer them ...

  • Amazing, teenage Robin gets to fly the Batcopter.

  • did they record the voices during happy hour?

  • batmans voice is very creeping me out

  • it sounds like im listening to this underwater lol

  • I love how Batman punches Joker....then falls over!

  • THE BEST batman vehicle was the BAT VAN MOBILE CRIME LAB!!! had it as a kid and lost it..trying DESPERATELY TO FIND ONE to add to my MEGO COLECTION!

  • @harveydents The Bat-Molester Van?

  • I remember the figures being a little more to scale with the Batmobile-- Maybe the version I had was a later, larger model? (I guess I got mine in '74 or '75.)

  • @GoblinXXX No that is how they looked...

  • ok/

    N

  • Man...I wish I still had some of my Mego Superheroes. I miss the 70s.

  • the gd old days!!

  • Real Badass aint it!

  • I like the term "dastardly villains". As opposed to "warm and fuzzy villains", I suppose.

  • Catwoman = "Warm and fuzzy villain"

  • Okay, you win there. lol

  • That's the greatest commercial of all for Batman and Robin it felt like an adventure, I miss those days.

  • dont the people who make robot chicken use those figures

  • ... this is too cool! Ah, the good ol' days!

  • Does anyone else get creeped out by Batman's peta - Buffalo Bill voice? or the Penguin's nose going into the sand so suggestively? seriously.

  • The voice is still better than Christian Bale's growl.

  • @vengeanceismine1 It kinda sounds like Adam West himself. He must've needed the work. I do remember him (West) being shot out of a cannon dressed as Batman.

  • Very well done, what a blast!

  • that takes me back, toys were so much cooler then.

  • Now for some reason you buy a whole new action figure with each accessory, instead of one figure and then all the stuff. That makes no sense at all to me.

  • @GoblinXXX Another excuse to dent parents wallets.

  • @acholl980 Yeah, but even from that standpoint it doesn't make much sense-- As a kid, I didn't want 15 versions of BATMAN, I wanted Batman... And Robin... And the Joker.. And the Batmobile... And the Batcycle... And the Batcave Playset... And on and on. That "One doll and a gazillion accessories" model has worked for BARBIE for what, 60 years, now?

  • @GoblinXXX

What to you mean 15 versions of Batman?

  • @Smartboy8877 I mean exactly that-- They don't sell accessories for superhero figures, they sell an entirely new hero figure WITH some accessory. For the Batman Animated Series alone, they had "Hover Attack Batman", "Razor Whip Batman", "Decoy Batman", Trap Jaw Batman" and "Anti-Freeze Batman", to name just a few. They had a similar ass-load of variants for the villains. And they did the same with Superman, his whole line was variant Superman figures.

  • @GoblinXXX

Thank you for clearing that one up for me!

  • The director of that commercial was very effective making those toys look fun to play with. they were a bit before my time, but I would have collected the line.

  • what the fuck was that batcopter made out of? a clog?

  • @reanimate280 ahhahahahahah

  • let's suit it up and hit them high and low, boy wonder!

    holy leaping batcycle!

  • Awesome toys (maybe with the exception of that copter).

  • WOW.
