  • @tuffguytofiles you know what ur the fake i cant even feel ur presence u faggot

  • this is practical. no grading or belts. just fluid body movements. its not a sport. thats why a lot of martial arts organisations try to discredit it. what your seeing in these vids are just joint exercises and fluid movement. this is the start. people that watch this think its silly i dont blame you. this is orientation. go look up advancdd ballistic striking. these ex spetznas should not be showing this its no joke.

  • @peterstyleissgeil

  • I'd rather learn this than aikido for real fighting situations.

  • hahaha wie primitiv sind die

@SovietRussiaSoldier = Taiwanese Fucktard of YouTube

A 47-year-old, jobless, Taiwanese freak suffers from a massive Psychiatric Disorder in Montreal, Canada. The sicko channels his desire for communication in a perverted way and becomes an Internet psycho / faggot / pedophile on YouTube 24 x 7, 365 x 3+ yrs.

He eats shit for a living and bullshits using Google Translator with 100+ accounts to seek attention by provocation and then laugh at his own retarded wit. #LOL

  • I want to see this exercise done at full aggressive rage like speed.

  • Fairly recently, I came across Systema. Within a few weeks I'd completely revolutionised almost everything I train and teach. Everything just seems to work better now, even some of the old traditional stuff I used to do. Love it. Absolutely love it.

  • some of this stuff is would be useful if you spent maybe a couple of thousand hours practicing

  • Moe, Larry, and Curly were doing these techniques in the United States long before the Russians knew of them. RIP Three Stooges may you live on in DVD instructionals.

  • @gaBehcuoDsuoitneterP

Wow I was thinking the same thing, must be some truth to it ? ? ?

    I am sure Moe knows best ! ! !

  • @karx11erx You a fool. It is a joke. In the Europe and the America all such silly? How pathetic.

  • @StarcyInfo

I had removed my comment only minutes after posting it, but you still had time to give me a rude reply? Can't you behave? Do you sit in front of the computer all day, waiting for someone to insult? Get a life, and get some good behavior. Btw, there are enough (Russian) people who actually think like that - ultra-right racist Russian nationalist haters; and btw, Russia is in Europe too, so calling Europeans silly would include you. Next time *think* before you post, alright?

  • @karx11erx You have removed the comment, but it has no value as you have already expressed opinion. My roughness it only irony over your comment. Speaking about Europe I meant the western Europe. The ultra-right racists in any country think so, not only in Russia, but also in Germany and other countries, but I to them have no relation and I do not respect them. I don't sit all the day in front of the computer and I do not offend anybody. Will suffice to argue, Peace

  • @StarcyInfo

So in your life there is no room for changing one's opinion, and calling someone a silly fool is no offense in your book? That makes you the fool, and a dang touchy one above that. Looks like you don't have the character to pull back and apologize when realizing you have made a mistake.

  • @karx11erx haha I am not going to Apologize. Any error I didn't make also you the silly comments it confirm. You really stupid bore)

  • @StarcyInfo

Russia know that US are only Fat cheeseburger eater who have no material arts stil (u see it often in Hoolywood shit).

Russia and Germany are "killer fighter warrior" of nature. US are only strong if they have money and gold. haha how pussy!

  • I know a lot of martial arts and have been training for a very long time and I used to think systema was stupid not knowing much about it. I met a man who did it and he showed me the "Heavy Hands". You wouldn't expect it and it looks fake when u see it but it hurts a lot, U get the wind knocked out of u and flat out get pwned.

  • this guy valentin vasiliev is he a bulgarian and if he is teaching somewhere in bulgaria i'm really eager to try the system but i dont think that is that popular in Bulgaria.. if anyone can give me some info i'd be more than thankful

  • @Stein912 it all a Russian school tought different countries, search the net there must be a site

  • can anybody tell me if there is any places i can learn systema in the republic of ireland i've looked on google

  • systema vs wing chun go!

  • Systema's just wonderful. I've done traditional, modern and military training in various systems, and this has managed to make literally everything I do more effective, more fun and more interesting. I love it and definitely recommend the Systema Basics DVDs from Robert Poyton (or probably any other Systema introduction) to anyone, no matter what you're used to. It's great.

  • @PsionSchamael

can you tell me what sort of things you learn in the basic DVD? im strongly inclined to getting it but the opening video on the site doesnt really tell me what i want to know. cheers

  • @soldierside365 There's different ones, it's a series and each one's got a different focus. Solo training goes through various exercises you can do alone, Breathing gives great detail on Systema breathing techniques, with exercises and combat application, same with the Wave Movement DVD. They're all different. What would your focus be, as in what are you most interested in learning, and I'll tell you more about the relevant DVD instead of just giving you an obvious overview! :D

  • @PsionSchamael

im quite interested to know how to do punching, takedowns and counters, and how to survive being attacked by weapons. im more interested in the self defence aspect rather than the martial art side of it. not to say i dont appreciate it ;)

  • @soldierside365 There's a lot of stuff on the Systema Basics website, for example Wave Movement, Striking, Breathing, Biomechanics and Takedowns will probably benefit you most.

  • @PsionSchamael

can you send me a link or type in the name of the dvd please? would be appreciated ;)

  • @soldierside365 Hey, I tried before but for some reason every time I put the link in it said there was an error whenever I clicked post. It's still doing it as well - it's cuttingedgeshop . com / products . asp ? cat = 10 without any spaces in. I have no idea why it's showing this really weird behaviour. (O_o)

  • @PsionSchamael

thanks alot for the help ;)

  • @soldierside365 No worries, sorry about the awkward linkage :D YouTube's so weird sometimes. :/

  • Systema came from other martial arts. Not saying that its not unique or effective because im sure it is.

  • Yeah!! Systema is good, but I still believe in COMBAT SAMBO!!!!

    I like RYABKO'S PUNCHING though!

  • LOL 5:28 to 5:35 is a meat grinder.

  • I get some of what's being taught here, but what do you do if your hands are in your pockets AND your shirt is pulled over your head? Somersaults?

  • @specialj99

yeah, maybe somersaults, or who knows?

    that's the whole point,

get used to improvising movement, and don't think and freeze up.

lots of options if you can stay relaxed and aware.

  • all martial arts are nice...especially those originated form asia like ninjutsu and other similar arts...but...systema is just the top...

  • HAHA table toped!! 0:36

  • It looks weird ... But I see some sense in what they are doing ... that's a different approach that's all

  • haha why are they turning their backs against their attackers. nice dance

  • While I do appreciate a great method of loosening up the body to be more flexible and open to adaptation to combatant, I'm lost in the shirt thing. What is the purpose of putting your shirt over your head?

  • @Tackpro Because in heightened, emotional situations, you can't always depend on perfect "sight". Also, it COULD be dark, when you're attacked, so this training will help you to not panic under such situations. It's TRAINING. Obviously, you're NOT going to put your shirt over your head if in a fight.

  • im 16 years old, and really considering taking systema up. i really have no idea though, 16 isnt to late to start is it?

  • @dannydecka94

Absolutely not! That's probably the perfect time to start martial arts training, in my opinion anyways. I started martial arts at that age too (26 now, haven't done in a while though), did Kung Fu and Systema. I can say honestly that I learned much more in Systema in the first week than I learned in Kung Fu in half a year!!! And it was due primarily to the fact that Systema works with your body's natural abilities (and builds on them) rather than teaching rigid techniques.

  • @Spetsop

thanks man, i really appreciate it. im gonna take up systema.

  • @dannydecka94 hey danny 16 is not too late to start at all.. just depends on your focus more than your age.. systema or krav maga are the best self defence systems out there

  • @dannydecka94

You're good to start at pretty much any age. I started at 18, been doing it for two years. You feel healthier, you are healthier, it can save your life, AND it helps build confidence.

  • @TheLogicStick

hey thanks dude yeah im definitely taking it up, since i stopped playing soccer hahahaha

its something, more mature and intense i guess, and it just looks like something really badass aswell.

  • @dannydecka94 you made quite a fine oxymoron in that statement good sir

  • Looks reasonable to me. I would suspect that the people who are really good at this can move so fast that in a real fight, the attacker would just be dead.

  • My dad always tought me to grab balls, bite and poke eyes, because in a street fight there is no umpire.

  • it means all you movements will be natural - you start punch than throw opponent than finishing in the natural way - coz to be a good kickboxer or wrestler you need years for posessing technic and learn do movements that sometimes are hard to do coz of our nature - and here is a variant how to do a natural fighter quickly for special forces (but Kadochnikov jocking nickname - Russian ninja, so i think systema taken a lot from ninjutsu)

  • its take birth from systema of Kadochnikov (80s) - its amin idea to train special forces to fight few oponents at same time and do it good - thats why you doing group fight exercises

and the main idea of systema if iam not mistaken - dont waste time on train your body with Artificial techniks from different martial arts - but to use and develop movements that nature put in you - coz everybody have individual heght weight long or short hands and so on

  • hallo an alle.

    wie heisst der kampfsport?

waths the name of the fightart?

  • @sklobet Wie der Titel erwaehnt: "Systema". Russischer Kampfsport.

  • A well trained Systema fighter could break your arm, nose, jaw, ribs and knee in a few seconds and u would not even have a clue how to stop it or what is going on. We play by different rules and where we play ur fighting doesn't work very well. Im sure some idiot will type somthing stupid back but I dont care; they will never understand until they try it.

  • Black belt after black belt have gone to see Vlad in Canada with an attitude and something to prove and have come home with a new attitude and a new found respect for what Systema is. At the end of the day MMA and other styles have either been ritualized or sportized and will not cut it in real life all the time. Systema was created for war before most other martial arts and has been used for war and espionage ever since, it is simple, brutaly cold and deadly. And those r not empty valuations.

  • What these idiots commenting dont understand is that of course u have 2 maintain contact with the knife. but what if u can get hold of it? r u gona to stand there or move? I do Systema, it works, dont knock until u have tried it otherwise its like looking at something u dont understand and criticizing it. Systema is very intellegent and well proven and im happy if few learn it because were not about money like their Mc Dojos nd wuld rather not come up against an arogant MMA type trained in it.

  • Very much like Aikido and tai chi but with better awareness, strikes, and freedom from prearranged set ups.

  • @VinnieDain424 nyone knows that you MUST secure a weapon asap. If you evade a knife, it is so you are not harmed. If you don't secure the weapon at the same time or in the next split secong move, then you are back at square one again which doesn't make any sense unless you want to get stabbed. The whole point of self defense is to neutralize the threat; this training is not doing that. Second, you said I shouldn't make stupid comments without knowing what I am talking about? I know what I see.

  • why dance around the knife like that? once you evade the kinfe attack once you are now in close enough to subdue the threat; why aren't these guys doing that? I don't give a shit who you are; if you play around with this kinda matrix shit, you will get cut or stabbed eventually. everyone is trying to come out with these "magical" no nonsense fighting styles and they are no better than most of the shit out there. learn standup, learn ground fighting and be done with it.

  • @seanyglass Your best bet against a knife is to avoid then run. Why? Cuz only a retard would risk getting cut.

  • 0:37 great ass ;)

  • bulshit

  • This is great if you're figthing a retarded person.

  • I lolod so hard at this vid

  • co to balet? ...ciekawe jak czesto ci kolesie bili sie w realu ?

  • is that training at the age of 18?

  • hehe systema training

  • and the added benefit of being the only martial art where you don't piss anyone for bumping into their drill in a crowded gym

  • A lot of people in Martial Arts rip on systema, i guess it is because of the lack of form. What they don't realise is that these lessons are run around drills and exercises rather than techniques that start of slow and build in speed, instead of learning a technique that may work in one in 1000 oppurtunities you actually learn to adapt to your attacker/s and also to be a master of your own body/mind. I can't think of another art that even comes close

  • @jalidav1

Let me give you a hint: "Be water my friend"

That's Bruce Lee's quote so the answer was: Jeet Kune Do. But it is far from this technique-wise. Only the philosophy is similar.

  • @retardno002 In many ways i guess systema takes that philosophy to the extreme, the idea of emptying your mind and just reacting and adapting to your attacker, watching how his body moves and how your movements effect him, it is a completely free form of martial art that truly allows you to express yourself, the best thing about it is physicality plays virtually no part, the longer you train the better you get, the easier you take people out, this way you can defend yourself your whole life

  • @jalidav1 All arts that were initially created for combat do it. You probably haven't found the right teacher

  • @jalidav1

Every Art does that so long as you apply the concepts you just mentioned.

A punch is a punch and a kick is a kick. Systema is nothing new.

  • @BigRoma1 a punch will always be a punch, there is nothing new about that. But it is the concepts and the practice that is new

  • @jalidav1

I see the basic principles look the same as jujutsu but with less rigid stances and the absence of dry land swimming (aka Kata)....lol

  • @BigRoma1 haha have you ever read what Bruce Lee wrote about the formless form? The principle is very similar to this idea, the focus is more on adaptability, body mechanics and the psychology of confrontation than learning techniques, i actually think it is a good idea for people who have trained in other arts to take up systema and learn how to use it

  • @jalidav1

yes ...i practice JKD, Kenpo, and most recently have been investigating Systema.

  • @jalidav1 I can think of several

  • @jalidav1 ALL martial arts could learn more, if they utilized some of the training CONCEPTS that are in systema. Try executing the techniques in a SLOWER pace, as to enhance the muscle-memory, which is REALLY how one MASTERS the art.

  • @jalidav1 krav maga?

  • @SakaMuyiwa krav is pretty standard, if you are looking to learn basics and protect yourself then krav has no equal. If you want to constantly improva and be all you can be then systema owns

  • @jalidav1 Most martial arts are designed to combat something specific. Systema is not. Most martial arts are about discipline. With the origins of systema if you weren't disciplined your (insert proper Russian rate for American Staff Sargent) would woop your whole platoon. Russia didn't need more discipline if you didn't do what needed to be done your butt froze and no buddy cared

  • @jalidav1 Late reply: I think with Martial Arts you refer to Asian martial arts. If that'd be the case then you don't understand Asian martial arts very well. But even if it is western styles like boxing ou are referring to you're not really understanding them.

  • @GaolisVideoLog From this I am gathering you didn't understand my comment

  • @jalidav1 Actually I did. But the thing is, if you talk to people training Asian martial arts in Asia you'll see that they also focus on principles, drills and excercises and that the there is no such thing as technique. All those martial arts follow the principles of 以无法为有法,以无限为有限. Even way before 李小龙.

  • @GaolisVideoLog But i was clearly talking about the western interpretation of those arts

  • @jalidav1 Bujinkan, like it or hate it, Bujinkan also has it.

  • @jalidav1 just dont make systema too populair! haha, let the other guys train their arts we train systema! you need some advantage.. grts

  • This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seenmartial arts system on crack lol

  • it's Funny because all of the asian martial artist start baggging every thing they see in systema but have know idea what subject they are training in or anything i personally love this style and will be doing it the rest of my life

  • @desertfox3638 If anything systema took things out of the asian arts and reproduced them with a more detailed curriculum. They're pretty much doing interal chinese arts...

  • @Lorhax if anything you are not permitted to make such a statement about a art you have never set foot in, i dont go around telling karate people where there art developed from. i have been practicing systema for 2 years now therefore my statements about my art are more factual than yours. systema developed in 10th century russia because russia and its people were attacked by the surronding countries, they all brought with them their distinct fighting styles, thus the russian warriors developed

  • @desertfox3638 That is what I have heard, but I have never seen any evidence in any history book that can co exist with this theory. I have only heard of such things from systema people. The Russian Sambo people talk about this claim to be based on false information. Maybe I'm wrong, but this doesn't seem like a possible source of origin. Either way, who cares. If the art works, then that is all that should matter.

  • @jmikejapan you have not read it in any history books because when the communists came to power in 1917 they destroyed vituraly every russian tradition, everything from chuches to martial arts. but they saw how effective and deaadly systema was and reserved for the elite units of Спецаз. my souce of this information is colonel mikhail ryabko who was trained in systema at age 4 by stalins personal body guards, so yes this information is reliable and factual.

  • @Lorhax a art that was natural and free and did not consist of rigid movements, so it was able to adapt and over come all other martial arts.

Please stop making uneducated and unexperienced guesses.

  • For those who don't know Brett Jaque is the head of the American Sambo association and is a very high level grappler.

  • And the health and fitness benefits are incredible as well. I almost think you would be better disabling the comments and letting those who understand what it is you are doing watch and enjoy and others can just turn away. I wish more martial artists would ask questions before they begin throwing stones. Did you ever read Dr. Brett Jaque's review of Vladimir Vassilev's school. He stated that even though Vlad never claimed to be a grappler they were pretty even on the ground.

  • Practice systema get in real fight and lose

  • @nopussiessomepussies in 1999 after Practising Systema for 3 months i got into a real fight and he lost in 3 seconds He was unconscious! . 12 years later I am a senior instructor in systema I get very few offers for fights these days in my hood! it is very effective in fact.

  • Now this is what makes Systema great. Sure many will laugh, but keep an open mind. I have met and worked with too many high level martial artists who went and trained with Vladimir Vassiliev in TO Canada and came back totally amazed. I am talking about high level Karate and muay thai practitioners. It is easy to throw stones, but if you are going to judge, please go seek out competent instruction first then judge.

  • @doragzed What many don't understand, is that the training above, is for maintaining composure in controlled chaos.

  • are freaking stupid saying that for boxer it is extremely hard to land a punch on the moving opponent?

weeks630 plz show us your mighty "stand up" background skills or shut the hell up for there is no MA better at slipping than boxing

  • Schöne Grüße von einem Wing Tzun Schüler, der Interesse an Systema hat ^^

    Was ist eigentilch besser?

    WT oder Systema?

  • I have a kickboxing/ boxing background, took these lessons in Ontario, Canada, and it was almost impossible to land a clean shot on any of the guys in the school I went to,(including the girls) awesome conditioning, just adds another demention to your self defense bag

  • Just the feedback I was looking for -- about effectiveness of Systema against fast punches of a boxer.

  • then systema is for you if you wonder about it's effectiveness against boxer.

I train in systema and I can defend myself against most boxer's in my sleep

but if you are not convinced then check out 52Blocks that will also work well against a quick boxer

  • anyone with a decent background in boxing would kill any systema fool including the fake masters of it.

  • O´RLY???

LOL, thanks for the laughs, still dreaming

  • every credible self protection coach would agree with me .

  • most of the people in systema have a background in boxing but nevermind...

  • they have two classes tho. [military[ and [civilian] if your not in the military they will NOT teach you to kill people such is why they came out with a civilian style..

  • most classes are in russia. but there are some in germany, canada, pheonix, houston, ect.

  • Are there really classes in Houston? I couldn't find. Please reply with info if you have it.

  • I live in t USA, Florida I want to take lessons Systema. Were should I go!

  • this is a correct style of training it is organic,

  • I´m so fascinated by systema, it should be very effective in real conditions..

  • I live in the UK,London and i want to take lessons of systema. I'm 14 but i take defense lessons seriously how much will a lesson cost?

  • cool

  • brilliant - (to all those dissing systema) systema's versatility and effectiveness should be intuited merely by watching this kind of drills and conditioning. simple and very useful.

  • nice one

  • :D excellent !

  • Nice Work
