i recently bought a 07 pmr w/ ul frame and am using a duracell battery for it, anyway when i go to fire it it starts blinking green but when i turn it on its red and when i put my finger down the barrel its green so I don't know whats wrong plz help!!! thx
@Mrprotoguy does it blink green when you have no paint in the breach, if so, then that is normal because there is no ball in the replacement stack. It could also be the battery is dying, so change the battery as well.
@simman826 yes it blinks green when i have no paint in the breech, and the battery is a new 9v duracell battery. I haven't shot it with paint yet since i got it a couple of days ago, so the blinking green is ok?
@Mrprotoguy actually I misunderstood what you said, the blinking green is not okay, it means there is an eye malfunction. Since you have the ul frame you need to fold the actual ribbon, see the video for reference; if that does not remedy the problem, then you may have to buy a new set of eyes

@Mrprotoguy that is normal, when you keep your finger in the breach and fire, the eyes do not detect that the ball was fired, thus causing an eye malfunction and slowing down the bolt. But, when you shoot the gun it will operate fine. Thanks for watching
anyone know where i can find replacement eyes in canada? like what store i would go to? my eyes still blink green with no air and with air, only shoots about 7-8bps no matter how fast i shoot. I'd rather have working eyes than play with eyes off and risk chopping. Also how do i take the eyes completely out of the gun? I also have a PMR 2010 btw.
@Partypb420 open up the grip frame and at the bottom of the grip frame there with be 1 or 2 screws (I cant remember how many) and those are the ASA screws
ya my pmr does the same thing. it will only shoot about half the the speed it is capped at with the eyes on. when the eyes are off it shoots at normal speed.
turn your gun on with no paint in the breech, then take a camera and whiles its on look down the feedneck, if you see lights flashing then its not your eyes, but if you dont see lights flashing chances are your eyes need replacing

it could be that your loader is not fast enough to shoot 25 bps, and it doesnt shoot that fast because the eyes need to see that many balls going through the breech. tune down your bps to 14.9 you dont need anything faster than that
i did and the gun with the eyes on will only shoot 6 bps no matter what. i think the person i got it from ruined the eyes. do u know anything about the virtue eyes? are they good?
I have the stock eyes on my rail, I dont really think that the virtue eyes are really worth the extra money, but since ive never tried them I cant really tell you if there better. If your stock eyes arent broken dont reaplace them with the virtue, but if you want to try the virtue eyes go ahead.
hey, do you have the stock pmr eys or the virtue laser eyes? do you know if the virtue laser eyes are really any better or worth getting? i've heard of people having problems with them. thanks
The virtue laser eyes will make no performance difference unless you messed up the stock eyes. They will, however, pimp your gun out with a light that you can't see because its practically closed in on all sides except through the barrel, which looks great... especially when its all aired up and ready to go, the greatest part is when you press that trigger and you can see that paintball coming right at you..
