And I can scarcely imagine what you might've found culturally insensitive about this skit. They chose an obscure country for a 2 minute skit. They're obviously not going to send an actor off for Spanish language and history lessons for a 2 minute skit.

She is saying "pfffft Spain" because she is *pretending* she doesn't really think it's a big deal, but then she goes and downs her drink to forget her mistake. You've completely missed the point. It isn't a bad comment on Spain at all. Brits love Spain. It's all in the name of humour after all.
