  • this beat is dope! hey man if you didn't pay for logic can you please link me to a legit free download of it! it'll help me out so much! THANKS (:

  • Do you see the letters 'KPKB'?

  • dude you need some sustain on that piano :p

  • Fresh as can be...

  • This is a great beat!! ;) Check my new one out too! :)

  • bien sans chichi respect hip hop

  • Sounds good man, Very 50 cent , any chance of a rap goin in on top of that ???

  • i dont think it sounds that flat .. sounds good to me... intro could be cooler but I like how the sounds compliment each other.

  • @djruinerdotcom hey thanks man I appreciate it

  • how you make the bars colorful?? XD

  • hey this is awesome, check out my beat if ya got time peoples!!!!! Thumbs up if you did :)

  • pretty good job dude..

But sounds very flat.. Try using the Stereo Spreader and a light sample delay to get a bigger sound..

Check out my Logic Pro 9 stuff on my channel :o)

  • @TrevorDavies1 hahah yeah I know that now... didn't know about it back then.... I didn't even pan anything on this beat

  • Wow... Soo... You must be good at this. I am 13 but i mean i am not talented as much as you but all my music teachers have been telling me that i had talent. I now a little piano a little percusion (How do you write that one?!) and looking forward to music producing . Should i go on with garageband or get logic. I have used fruity loops and produced songs on that but garageband is a little different i mean you cant just use piano roll (as far as i know.) So Garageband Fruityloops or Logic.

  • @turkeyshare I would advice you to stick with programs that are for mac, since using a mac facilitates production. I'd tell you to really master garageband before switching to logic, and to make sure you have a midi keyboard before you do so, since producing without a keyboard in logic is really hard (at least it was for me when I was 13). And you can use only piano roll in garageband, just control click in the editor and you'll be able to use the pencil tool (I think) ;) Peace! And upload vids!

  • wow das war so geil!

  • @sk8r4life911 vielen dank, aber warum schreibst du auf deutsch hier?

  • @BeatPerfection kommt echt krass

  • enjoy the bass-line here. i'd change the drums. Stay tuned bro.

  • @PanoramaStudio yeah I actually HAVE to change the drums since I used recognizable preset samples form logic ;) thanks :)

  • @BeatPerfection I you want to change the drums just add fx. great way to manipulate the default logic samples =]

  • shiiiiiiiiitttttt! its good!!

  • @bidybo thanks man

  • @anfrws5 $15 leased, $250 exclusive PM me if you wanna buy it

  • @BeatPerfection Did you use all the internal sounds or is there any special VST'S you used?

  • @Natebeats I used only stock sounds from logic express (I made this using Logic Express but then switched to Pro before I recorded the video) I didn't even use any external samples or anything

  • @BeatPerfection Sweet man well nice beats!

  • you ever thought of getting in touch with any like, video game developers or publishers. Because this reminds me of like title music on somehting like fight night or nba game or something like that.

  • @lunnyyy I'm 15 man!! Can't do that yet ;)

  • @BeatPerfection im 12 we got somthin in common.. sorta

  • Muito bom mesmo!!!

  • @Laurimarcio Danke, ich weiß nicht was das heißt, aber vielen Dank! Paz mundial amigo

  • @BeatPerfection oh ok. cuz the reason i asked was because i just got the logic express 9 and i didnt know how to do the musical typing but i figured it out... lol

  • @FrankEJ05 get a midi keyboard, it's so much better than musical typing

  • @BeatPerfection yea thats what im tryin to do i just need to make some bank first nahh mean haha.

  • @FrankEJ05 haha yeah it ain't easy

  • did you use loops on this?

  • @FrankEJ05 nope, I created everything myself

  • i like the idea with this beat, but it definetely needs more post-production, and a little more variety. The instruments need to be mixed tighter, and i feel as though there's an instrument missing - check your frequencies and see if there's any drops that can be filled with a bass synth or an eq adjustment. Sounds good though, keep it up!

  • @bsbllfreak727 I didn't know shit about mixing when i uploaded this so i totally agree, but keep in mind the vocals have to take up some space too, so i can't fill every frequency in the spectrum with an instrument.

  • @BeatPerfection yeah absolutely, it's always hard to totally judge an incomplete work. Are you planning on throwing on some vocals?

  • @bsbllfreak727 yeah, I'm actually planning to make an album with some of my beats. I've already got one song finished, and it's on my channel. it's called "yeah, yeah". COuld you please check it out and tell me what you think??

  • @BeatPerfection sounds great man! Vocals will get there with experience, the beat sounded really great though. Mixed well also. Nice job!

  • Interesting! good use of strings! deadly beat!! gotta few i might put up ;)

  • @AddADaye4JDAYE Thanks! I'm looking forward to hering 'em ;)

  • this is hot

  • soulja boy 4 fuckin life he da shit wid da la la um sang na wat im say

  • this reminds me of a beat that would go in the intro of a gta game or somthing.lol. this is awesome though!

  • @brandonp53

oh yeaah! it does sound like that, i didnt think gta at first til you say it and it does! haha

  • Hey can you record youre voice on this program or no?

  • whats up bro this is mean azz check out my beats and tell me what you think

  • @TheShanks crank that is better then this shyte

(no offense) its got that New oleans 3rd ward flavour, i feel sorry for the people who cant hear it

  • @akarc24 are you FUCKING serious?

crank that was probably made in like fucking 5 minutes. soulja boy is flat out embarrassment

  • Salut vendé vous des instru?

  • @djproducteur Neh, das Beat hier ist für ein eigenes Lied, das ich für mein Album mache. Aber ich bin froh, dass du es magst! *If you don't want me to answer in german, you are welcome to use english instead of french. Peace!

  • dude thats awsome mpc5000 is CRAZY lemme know if u made a beat whit that thing mn bigup (Y)

  • @PrevalentProductions hey hey no it's the mpc500 not 5000, I'D LOVE ONE OF THOSE!! anyway sorry to dissapoint you, I'll still upload my beats tho heheh

  • the melodics and shiz are awsome but the instruments suck, thats not ur fault the progam just sucks, u would be more kickk azz whit Fl studio 9 XXL i have some vide on my acc u could see what instruments like on fl studio

  • @PrevalentProductions yeah I made this in Logic Express which has only like 40 sounds, but now I have Logic Pro, which has over 1000. I also got an MPC500 last week, so I think I'm ready to go heheh

  • @PrevalentProductions You must be joking lol you had me laughing for a while ! now im not saying FLStudio sucks or anything but for you to say FL has better instruments than logic just doesnt even make sense ! I dont even think you could find a song on radio or T.V. that was made by frootyloops . on the other hand Everything you hear on radio or tv is made either by Logic or Protools and there is a reason for that !

  • @Flipjunkie1 yeah logic's instruments ARE a lot better, and I think FL is REALLY shitty, but I gotta disagree with you: "Crank That" by Soulja Boy was #1 on the billboard hot 100 and is produced ENTIRELY with FL studio, and so is any song by producer 9th Wonder, who has worked with Jay-Z, Nas and Mary J. Blige. Of course all those songs are only COMPOSED in FL, and are later mixed using Pro Tools HD systems. I myself have used FL a couple times and I think it sounds really cheap by itself.

  • @BeatPerfection "crank that" is not music, please dont say that anymore.....

  • @TheShanks i didn't say i liked it, i said it was a #1 hit and was produced with FL Studio. That shoud get you an idea of what kind of "music" that program is used for. Of course I don't listen to Soulja Boy, and I don't like most of southern "hip-hop".

  • @BeatPerfection Soulja fuck is not hip hop its a disgrace to music UNderground is where the heart of hip hop remains, Immortal Teqnuqie, Blue Scholars Keep it goin

  • @TheShanks crank that is better then this shyte

(no offense) its got that New oleans 3rd ward flavour, i feel sorry for the people who cant hear it

  • yeah take off a few of the claps, rest is awsome

  • @like500pakis k will do thanks!!

  • @BeatPerfection you should do 2 normal claps then get into the multi clap into the song

  • not really feeling the little clap intro, but other than that, it's a solid beat.

what midi controller do you use?

  • One question, how does logic express 9 work? I mean, how do you compose music? Do you just put in the notes and voila? And mix and match the instruments together and that's it?

  • You have different options: 1. Drag and drop prerecorded material, aka "loops" which come with the program (there are 4000+ loops, and you can have up to 24000 if you buy the jampacks). This method is not very original, given the fact that you are not composing music, but just arranging different prerecorded segments.

  • 2. You can create audio tracks, where you can record yourself playing guitar or singing with a microphone (etc) and do multiple takes of a single passage. After recording all your takes, you can mix them to create the best possible performance.

  • 3. You can select a sound for every track (Using Software Instrument tracks) and either draw the notes you want that instrument to play, or record the notes with a MIDI keyboard. Using this method has many advantages, for instance you can change the sound of the instrument after recording and edit all the notes, so if you make a mistake, you can correct it. I use this method to create all my beats.

  • Remember: You can mix these methods. The best productions contain both audio and MIDI elements. Don't limit yourself to just one of these techniques. In my opinion, the best way to start if you are not a musician is by using loops, since you can mix and match at your preference and everything fits together.

  • And if you play the guitar, using loops can be great for quickly creating backing tracks for a performance. After you've composed, recorded and arranged, you can add effects like EQ, compression, reverb, delay, etc. to improve the sound of each track. After that you can mix the volumes of each track so they sound great together and master the song to make it sound like a professional production.

  • Logic Express commercial ends here! lol

  • @JoshKnightmare Hey man just search logic tutorials or search these people SFlogicninja or Immamusicmogal between the 2 of them they can damn near teach you everything about logic and its easy to follow along with them !
