@MissLauraMilne He sings backing vocals during Humanoid and on tour, but as far as I know, he doesn't sing on any of the previous albums. Bill also says "Wain" in other parts. I'm pretty sure this isn't Tom. His accent is too heavy to sound like this, and it's too close to Bill's.
