Yeah, in Listener she says that it was when she was 11 that another confessor took her and Dennee away from their father and brought them to Thandor. So if it's been 15 years, then that makes her 26. It seems like Richard is 25 since in Marked, Commander Trimack says he kept the secret for 24 years, and then Richard just celebrated a birthday in Desecrated.

According to the Sword of Truth Books Terry Goodkind put both Richard and Kahlan in their mid 20's. In Faith of the Fallen he reiterated the fact after Kahlan had healed from her nearly fatal beating by stating that she felt like an old woman not a woman in her mid 20's

Her mom died when she was 5, but we don't know how long she stayed with her father before she and denne left him, after that 3-10 years (who knows?), then she didn't see him for 15 after that, so that puts her... what... anywhere between 23 and 30.
