I remember my Hometown Salem OR. and the Ghetto Neighborhood where i lived in back in the 1993. Oh and the year i will never forget was the summer of 94 when me and two of my Heavy Metal Buddies went for a drive in my dad's 1989 Toyota Van. Now that we are going into 2012 i'm going to go visit the neighborhood where i used to live. I live in another city now. But memories that never die. They have told me it's depressing and sad now.

Now it's December 9, 2011 and when i go to visit Salem and the neighborhood where i used to live, the same duplex house is there and i remember back in the day it was VERY GHETTO. But it was full of life. And now it's lonely and very depressing. And i was a Heavy Metal Head i hanged out with 4 Metal Head Buddies. Now their gone, memories still live.

@robintate im lukeye0461:P and i train like that i am 15 and a amateur fighter(boxer) i train like rocky run at 4 in the morning then go to my small boxing gym where my trainer is a retired welterweight profeesional boxer he was ranked in the top 10 in his prime he trains me old school ways none of the fancy ways all old school throwing rocks spliting firewood etc heavy bag speed bag skipping shadow boxing sparring punching mits etc.
