Baby Tarpon caught on Rapala Glass Ghost in Everglades

Dude I need some help on the tarpon I have a spot that has alot of poons in the 20 to 40 pound range and its brackish but the fish are pretty much stuck in there from the pipes. But I have never seen them eat anything just swiming and rolling on the surface. I have tried everything top water, bottom, jigs, everything, every time I cast to them they just swim right past it. Do you think I should try live bait??

@CJCFishing The only thing we have good luck with when fishing freshwater tarpon is flies and flyfishing. They seem to love flies but anything else they wont seem to touch. Not sure why.

ya they r i just got a fly rod and i tied my own flies so im gonna try to catch em with that there were some big snook there to its no more than 6 feet deep so u can c everything
