You know this was pretty damn ass ehck afied dope, but honestly, I was expecting a lot more, but hey, I sure as hell couldn't do anything close to this.
Buckethead is amazing, yet sadly underrated. so how many people come to his shows? i was just wondering because he doesnt seem to be as popular as he deserves to be..
I love how he can poplock and breakdance and shit and then he can be smooth as fuck like this. A true legend. And then his mastery of guitar? pfft gtfo that shit is unmatched.
All the more proof of what a treat you're in for when you go to see Buckethead. Went to see him in Philly this year; best time of my life, hands down. Can't imagine what his shows are like around HALLOWEEN, but I guess this gives me a sample.
His corpse will be animated after his death during an ancient voodoo ritual involving the slaughter of 100 chickens and he will rise from the dead to continue to rock this world.
Nice video, I didn't get to see Buckethead this year so thanks, hope you have more from the show. And nice job on the audio at the archive as well, it's my driving music this week.
I was there too, loved it! He had so many equipment issues in the beginning, that roadie was on the stage constantly fixing something. He still pulled it off.
@kcmoejoe how much does it cost? and how much did your ticket to bucketheads show cost? and do you know how much a front row ticket would cost because i plan on seeing buckethead next time he goes on tour
@violentstuff2 - you can pick up a used one on Ebay like I did on the cheap, I think I paid like $90 for it, and my ticket was probably around $20 - now for the sound, I recorded the audio separately using standalone microphones that were then mixed it in later to the video. You can record sound on the camcorder itself but it can overload and sound distorted the closer you are to the PA speakers at the show or how loud they are running the sound at the time.
@kcmoejoe I went to his performance in May 09 at the TLA, and it's all one flat rate for tickets. It's just a matter of finding your place to stand as early as possible. The sooner, the closer you'll get to the stage. I was 2 or 3 people behind front row....went to the bathroom.....came back to a sea of people. Had to squeeze my way back to the front.........managed to get even closer than before!
You know this was pretty damn ass ehck afied dope, but honestly, I was expecting a lot more, but hey, I sure as hell couldn't do anything close to this.
