OMG, I remember seeing this as a little kid. It was one of the many cheaply-licensed properties run over and over again during the "free preview, please buy our services" weeks for HBO and Showtime.
This was the first "Dot and the..." movie I ever saw, back when I was a little girl. I only learned about the rest of them last year.
From what I've seen, this movie is somehow... darker in overall tone. Could be just the relatively few songs compared to the others, or just the story overall. I dunno. Maybe it's just me.
Anyway, thank you for uploading! Someone else already did, but the audio quality was incredibly poor. XD
