Georg-i-ana, not Georg-aina! No, Ralph Fiennes did not play the Duke well. He plays him too frightening and violent. The Duke was a spoiled, selfish, socially awkward, ill mannered looser who enjoyed having two women fight for his attention. Georgiana also gambled away large chunks of his estate due to her insecurity instilled by her mother, and supported by the Duke's preference for Bess. Both leading actors should have read the biography by Amanda Foreman. Keira also doesn't resemble her.

england is a tiny place but has loads of different accents like in the US the north may have a different accent to the south but here just the next town can hav a totally differnt accent. theres no such thing as an english/ british accent because theres soooooooo many literally =]
