those protestors are just getting their rocks off. They dont REALLY care about Tibet, they are using it as political leverage against China, because they are fearful of losing their place /power in the world.
I am bothered that the poorest people in this country are Native Americans. Can't we stand up for them and be active in our country. It is so much easier to see that flaws in another place. I went to China for 6 weeks, I did not see the poverty in China that I experience everyday in my own community. I have a four year old son and I see so many young couples and children suffering in poverty. Conditions that exist right here in NY State are worse.

2.Dalai Lama didn't use drums made by his slave's skins.
