  • roll it backwards a lil bit then step on the centerstand use the weight of the bike to get it up. if you dont wanna pull a muscle,,thats how i do any way!!!!!!

  • Great technic!!pretty much you use the weight of your body,cool!!!

  • You put the side stand down not only as a precaution but to keep in the habit of putting it down when parking the bike, so it becomes reflex like putting on a seat belt when getting into a car. To do it properly you DO use the side stand. Besides, the bike is three times heavier than me!

  • Why put it on the side stand first? - I thought this was a demonstration on how to use a centrestand, to do it properly you don't use the side stand....

  • someone has to show it try 1500 next
