Verizon Amphitheatre is poorly managed. They treat the customers like crap. They treat the performers like crap evidently. I'll never go there again. Last time I went was Farm-Aid 2010, never going back. I vote with my wallet. A friend of mind (who is blind) was beaten by a "security" guard during the Guns and Roses riot. Beating a blind guy for not moving fast enough - nice venue. Don't pay money to shows at this place. Shut 'em down.

id like to think that the kings of leon would consider themselves lucky to be in the position where they can perform to legions of loving fans. By abandoning their fans who have elevated them to what they are today they've probably gone and proved themselves to be a bunch of big time charlies would have got a little too big for their respective talents. a good band (first three albums), i would have liked to see a lot more from them. Not even because of the rock band cliche but for their fans

They lost a lot of respect, credibility, and most importantly potential income from their fans. It's understandable to take a brief break, but not cancel the show. Since when has safety concerns (bird shit?) ever cancelled a rock show?
