It's an Apollo Class Scout, as seen in the ST Game, Legacy. (goto memory-beta.wikia and search for Apollo Class.)

@Wimpoman Not exactly an Apollo class scout. The engine nacelles are both facing the wrong way. The top ones should look just like the Enterprise refit and the bottom nacells should mirror them.
