THIS is great pop music, not like the garbage by singers who need overdubs and sound effects to make them marketable to a tone deaf audience. One guy, one guitar, in a BATHROOM and it's this good. Amazing.
you are aMazing!!! i want to learn all your bathhroom session songs hahah and play them constantly when i go camping..:)<3 THEYRE FUCKING AMAZING sooo fun
Yeah, my precocious daughter and I both recognized that this is their most sophisticated and uhm...inspired trueblue work. I believe Kev wrote "Adrift" and Ed and St. took over; and that Jim wrote PBATK...both songs have a lovely lullably quality. I wonder if Jim was writing about having to leave his son for touring? And I haven't bought BNL are Men; cause well, doesn't that happen for men at age 40? ;-) I'm a bad fan;)
No kidding. And how do you keep your kids out of there long enough to record? I can't get ten seconds alone in the bathroom without little hands pounding on the door! :D
The song has good groove, but, I didn't know Sheldon Cooper could play guitar!?

the line "I was a baby when i learned to suck, but you have raised it to an art form" has got to be my favorite of all time.

I don't know who's idea it was to have a more 'classic rock' sound - but 'Wind it Up' and 'Sound of Your Voice' are my two new favorite BNL songs.
Of course, 'Adrift' is absolutely beautiful. And didn't Kevin write and sing 'Peterborough and the Kawarthas' and 'Serendipity'? I like his voice.
BNL rocks my face off. And I'm not just saying that. Honest.

Hey BNL don't ever disband. And Ed have you guys started working on a new album yet?

pardon me for intruding but i think 'kim' is kim mitchell of Max Webster - 80's canuck band.
BNL are just THE best band in the whole damn world!

Kim Mitchell, he's a guitar player (one of Ed's heroes) and he played the solo on wind it up on the album.

Any chance you'll take requests? "Never is Enough" please... I swore that song would be a hit for you guys, I've always loved it.

A song recorded in the bathroom? That must have "wiped" you out! Thanks, Ed...that was fun. - Josh G.

Someone mentioned a new release "The Bathroom Sessions". Point me in the direction to get it. Oh, and I'd vote for the "Naked Series" too...

I'm asking for my wife: Now that you've performed in the bathroom, the shower can't be far away right? :)
I mean, if you can get naked with 500 fans on a cruise what's a few million YouTube viewers?
