It's quite hard to tell what's going on using the anaglyph 3D, but when using side-by-side 3D it's AMAZING! A much better use of the technology than Invincible Tiger, and the game itself is better in quality than most of the commercial XBLA games.
nice! this game looks really fun . I don't think I have seen a game done in this style before on XBLAIG. and i like the 3D effects you added. one thing though. the fact that the ships tail isn't really tailing is bothersome visually. it makes it look like your ship is sitting still and it's in front of a screen that's projecting moving halls in front of it.
