they should add a story line to the game with some description between every level thought, it's difficult to understand what are you doing and what's happening. in this level, for example, you are trying to shut down that big spaceship and then comes that big thing and kill everyone... can someone tell me what does this mean please?

I could NEVER beat this game without the 99 lives cheat. It was one of the hardest games ever, but it had the best soundtrack ever and they just don't make games like this anymore.

Bang on, same with me. I did try it on mania and I think I managed two levels (which is pretty bad but this is going back around 10 years lol). I love these old school graphics from the 90's and the music is fucking art. One of the best games ever on any system in my opinion.

Keep any button off to charge, and press B to fire. By the way, you can fire the Thundersword with pressing the right key to focus the thunder from the Thunder-CLAWs in front.

You know, one time I dared myself to beat the game with just but one life left, but...instead of getting it, I ended up with 99 lives....!!!!!!!!!!!! I was like WTF!!!!!!!!!

A bit of a slow down of music on the emulator, but still good. Level 5 was always my favourite because of the "help" you got, and also when your ship gets upgraded. I was about 7 or 8 when I use to play this. Still the best 2d shooter.

fuck emulators, you have to play this with a mega drive controller! :P (or a wiimote, buy it when it comes for the VC!!!!!)

I was a 10-year-old boy when I played TF4 with Megadrive... In those days I missed in stage 8 or 9. I hope The person play TF4 with Megadrive(or Wii) who knows TF4 by this movie.
