This song is petty badass. these guys will defiantly be remembered as a milestone for screaming vocals mixed with clean.. But it's evolution... Newer band take their style, music or otherwise, an expand, alter, or even invent a new style, an it being better doesnt make these guys any worse....

There's no reason to argue about Slipknot and Mushroomhead's problems because the only thing that Slipknot and Mushroomhead have in common are the masks.

I think that both bands have their good features and both are very original in their music genre.

I hate the whole Slipknot vs Mushroomhead thing. Slipknot didn't intentionally copy Mushroomhead. Mushroom head got a recording offer (or whatever) and passed it up. Slipknot got that same offer a few years later. It's what the record company wanted and thats why their so similar. It's not even fair to compare the two bands. For the most part they don't even play the same type of metal! Stupid argument is so stupid...

At first i didn't initially like this song. mostly because Jeff's singing wasn't melodic at all. but after i bumped this into my car and the bass kicked in it really is a masterpiece in a way. they meld different segments of the song at the choruses and climaxes, pretty intense.

also just ignore all mushroomhead vs slipknot vs mudvayne vs gwar vs kiss bullshit, its just newbie fans trying to seem die hard. Music is music, listen to all of those bands

@sickofstudio Rip off? I gues you didint know that even though they were formed in 1993 they didint really hit off untill 1996. Plus they were too new to even get around to Desmoin aiowa plus slipknot and mushroomhead are totaliy different in thir musical and physisical aspect.

While Mushroomhead has the masks for entertainment purpasses (not sellouts) andthey have been showing their faces no probs, slipknot has it as a dehuminazing aspect.

They are very different great bands.
